This is not a support request, just a suggestion for future plugin development: add AI support to automatically research and update event dates in the calendar. That would be a fantastic feature. I have 400 events on my website and currently I have to keep track of them and manually update them 2-3 times a year, which is very time-consuming. I ran some tests with OpenAI, for example asking for 2025 dates for a dozen events, and the results were accurate. I think The Event Calendar and its users would benefit greatly from this kind of upgrade in the future, with a cron job running X times a week/month to check for date changes online and update accordingly. This would be a game-changer. Thanks for your consideration!

]]>The Bit Flows plugin allowed me to significantly speed up the automation of tasks on the site, offering flexible settings and a user-friendly interface for creating and managing automated workflows. I appreciated the ability to integrate with other plugins and services, which simplifies site management and allows for the most efficient use of time.
The feature of building workflows without the need to write complex code was particularly useful, saving a lot of time and effort. The basic setup of the plugin was intuitive, while still flexible enough for more complex needs.
I would also like to highlight the good documentation and active support, which is always important when working with such tools. Bit Flows is ideal for webmasters and developers looking to automate routine tasks without deep programming knowledge.
Overall, I would recommend this plugin to anyone seeking a solution for simplifying and speeding up processes on a WordPress site.
]]>I have set up Mail Mint in order to start a mailing list on my website. I have created a form, which you can see attached in this topic. For every new subscriber using this form I want to send them an email. This is the automation:
I also tried with two different email addresses.
The double opt-in is also enabled and I got the email with the confirmation link.
The url for images (I didn’t manage to upload them here):

But, emails generated within an automation don’t show up ANYwhere else. They don’t show up in segment setup. They don’t show up as an option as a trigger in another automation. They can’t be used as a part of an if/else statement. They ARE tracked within mailpoet so why can’t they be available to trigger another automation like a normal link in a normal newsletter?
]]>.I had the idea that they would be easier to comment on if they were in a forum.
Is there a “simple” process to import a list so the heading is the name of the forum and the list entry’s are individual listings beneath the title so people can make comment on the individual questions
Hope that makes sense
