I need help with the automatic email notifications in ARMember.

Right now, my email notifications are set to be sent through WordPress, as PHP isn’t working, and I haven’t managed to connect SMTP either.

In any case, there is no problem receiving emails for native automations; I’m referring to functions already built by ARMember, such as profile updates or password changes. However, I’ve created two functions myself for account closure and membership cancellation, and I’m not receiving those emails.

I’ve tried everything—any ideas on what might be going wrong?

I see these two informations inside the “workflow details” section of some of my automations. They look contradictory to me:

• Workflow activates only the first time a subscriber matches a trigger.

• This workflow repeats when a subscriber activates the trigger, once every 24 hours.

Besides that, there is no option to select anything further than “Activate e-commerce tracking for this workflow”. That checkbox does appear inside “Email automation” but not inside “E-commerce automation” options.

Is that right? Thanks for your help.

Is it possible to make a new post instead of a new page on this screen?

Ideally, I’d like to make a gallery a new post with a custom category type so that I can automatically apply a theme and have the content be more native to my use case and other content. This way I can populate an RSS feed and lead to other automation in my workflow.

I know that I could finish the gallery and add it to a new post, but then I get back into duplicating efforts and not being able to optimize process and time.

perhaps there is a custom function i could make in my functions.php to accomplish this?

After the completion of a specific transfer, we are interested in implementing an automated newsletter system to request feedback from our clients. The goal is to send the automated newsletter 1 or 2 days after the transfer.

I am new to mailpoet, I have it installed for few weeks, never really used it yet unless to setup a couple forms that haven’t been used yet

When I go to the automation page (I wanted to stup an autoresponder for specific registrations forms) I get this message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I tried to update the plugin, no luck.
