Can you help me to fix the avatars images?

It tries to load images from the wp-content/litespeed/avatar directory, the image files exist but they are corrupted, when I try to open it gives the following:

The file "2dc6c6c278b991d7d6620d37d5915b27.jpg" could not be opened. It may be damaged or use a file format that Preview doesn't recognize.

First off, thanks for the great plugin – it has a fantastic range of options in any case, and given the price, it’s really hard to beat

[UPD] I found the avatar parameter which lets me disable avatars or set one local avatar. However, I think the ability to import the avatars from Google and host them locally (the way https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/widget-google-reviews/ does, for example) would be great…

the meta key is betube_get_image_url or betube_author_avatar_url.

Is there way to implement this with this plugin? I tried the other author list plugin to no avail.

– I want to disable Gravatar
– I do NOT want them to be able to upload an avatar
– I do NOT want to have one single default avatar that everyone gets with no choice
– I want to provide them with a set/gallery of fantasy character portraits from which they can pick their avatar”

I tried the plugin suggested by in the reply (the plugin called Simple Local Avatars) and I don’t see how it enables the admin to create a set of local avatars to choose from. It seems to allow only two options: user selects an existing file in the media library (which includes everything I’ve ever uploaded, rather than only 4 or 5 specific avatar images) OR display a default image.

Does anyone have any experience using this OR any other avatar plugin that could help me achieve the desired result? Thank you!

Just recently my Gravatars stopped working.

Users who already had Gravatars generated still appear on the frontend, but any new user is not being assigned a Gravatar.

The Setting section also shows blank examples.
