We’ve added multiple combo deals to our website. Right now there are some product in backorder and we’d like to change the supply status, but it will not save. When clicking save, it remains in stock.
When changing simple products it does save. How can we fix this issue?

]]>Is there any way that i can configure the plugin so it will no export orders that are currently on back-order? (or just the product itself won’t)
so then they will stay as not exported until the product comes off as backorder
Thanks in Advance!

]]>We are using Woocommerce and the Flatsome theme for our webshop. Some of our products are not on stock, but customers can back order them. They receive a confirmation email with under the product that is not on stock the text ‘back-order’ (or ‘Nabesteld: 1’ in Dutch) – see screenshot.
How can we change this ‘back-order’ (‘Nabesteld: 1’) text into something else?
Thank you in advance.
Kind regards, Vildan
]]>Love this plugin, however I do have one issue I can’t seem to figure out.
I have several products that has a stock of more than 100. But when a customer orders these products they turn to being out of stock and the stock amount of 100 becomes -100.
Also the actual order receipt the customer gets states that it is in back order.
When I look at the product at the front end it states that it can be ordered as back order.
In ATUM it still says 100 in stock. If I update the ATUM stock amount simply by clicking it and save it (still with 100) and I go the product page it states that there is 100 in stock.
However next time a customer orders this product it happens again.
I don’t think this happens for all products, but I can’t seem to find any pattern either.
Any Idea of what could cause this?
]]>Instead, what I would like is that the status of the product says ‘Notify’.
Does anyone know how to do this?

]]>The storefront shows the custom field data when the item is out of stock. Something like “Out of Stock. New stock expected 12/06/2014”. That works fine, but the client wants that custom field data to display in the cart and the checkout. “Available on back order” is not enough.
How can I drag data from the custom field in the product and display that on the cart, checkout and hopefully email receipt sent to the customer?

]]>How do I use the back order feature when listing a product. When I check the ‘back order OK’ and list the product it can’t be ordered by a customer as there is no button to click to add to cart.
What do I need to do to enable a customer to order a back ordered item so i get the notification that someone wants to order one? How do I enable this feature for a live order I guess?
Thanks in advance for any help
