How do I remove a color from a header?
After the update, I have new options to configure the header.
Before, I used a header with no background color.
I don’t see an option to enable or disable the header background color.

I would like to change the theme’s background to add something more “welcoming” than pure white. I thought about a light wood texture, but I’m having trouble.

I looked for a premium version, maybe more customizable and didn’t find it. Can anybody help me?

I have notions of CSS and I’ve changed some details like size and color of the titles, with some guidance, I can go further!

I can’t seem to make the background image fit properly in mobile.

Now I am using mostly video content for the sliders, and putting a background image for the mobile version. I tried all different modes but: or my picture is cropped even though it is vertical 600 x 800 px 72 dpi (with the fit mode on) and I still get grey stripes, Or i use fill mode and the image display is huge and totally random.

Is there any way I can keep the fit mode with it removing the grey borders ? Or is there an ideal image size I am not aware of ?

Btw I already tried to log in averta pro forum though my envato account and I keep getting an error message. So please don’t redirect me there.

Atm they look white.

I’m rebuilding my website: www.g-cg.com
And I chose the twentyeleven theme as i like what they’re doing with banners.

I changed the colors to the night theme but I would like to change the color of the main body where the posts appear over to something a tad lighter.

I have already created a child theme and found where to change the banner color using this code:
#branding { background: #1c1c1c;}

That successfully changed the banner but now I don’t know how to change the rest of it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as now the two colors clash

Unable to find the location of unwanted text in page content that needs to be removed.

The unwanted text is “<” and “>” that has appeared on all pages.

Tried using firebug tool but still unable to find the specific location of the unwanted text.

Please help.

i’ve created a child theme and inserted the following CSS (link to pastebin). but it doesn’t seem to work. yes the background gets changed but it gets changed on ALL the pages. i just want it changed on the BLOG page.
