I’ve changed the backup and database file backup schedule to fortnightly, but it is still backing up daily. Please kindly advise.

I have UpdraftPlus set for weekly backups. But instead I receive daily.

Any suggestions to receive weekly instead would be appreciated.

Modifying updraftplus backup schedules has an accumulative effect rather than just being modified.

I set the schedule to only backup the database every night years with a really long retention period (which I don’t know how to view bcause you can’t look at existing backup schedules or delete them) ages ago but now want to edit the settings so it backs up everything once a week and uploads and other directories daily for a short period, depending on how much disk space the full backups take. If the full backups don’t take up too much room I want to modify them again to backup everything daily. I am currently using 16.85 GB of 25.46 GB and an UpdraftPlus backup of everything takes up 86MB (I downloaded each section to disk to find this out), so maybe I can backup of everything daily.

Please can you tell me how to achieve what I want to do ie alter rather than add a schedule backup or delete the existing one before setting another and also look at the existing backup schedule.

Backup schedule changes on its own

This problem occurred in previous versions but I thought it had been fixed since the latest verson (now 2.6.1) had successfully backed up according to the schedule I set, for several weeks. I never changed or looked at the schedule since April 1.

I have settings for Tuesday backup at 18 hour 55 minutes once a week. As you can see from the schedule shown below this has worked for several weeks in a row but last night it suddenly added a second backup nine hours after the scheduloed one. Why?

Why is there a backup running every day I have scheduled only monthly

Hi, I have installed BackUpWordPress for multiple sites last week. I have set the schedule for several sites backup to run once a month only.
I am now seeing reports that they are all running daily ? Why are they running daily if it is set to run once a month only?
