[BackWPup Free] Plugin not available anymore?

I was using BackWPup free for my websites but i cant find it anymore? Is it still available or do i have to purchase the PRO Version?

I am using both WordPress and BackWPup latest versions. When I try to make a backup I got this error.

It has repeated 23 times and eventually showing ‘23 Warnings‘ under status.

Why I am getting this error and how can I figure this out..?

All five sites I administer are now getting this error when uploading to Dropbox. I have never gotten this before.

ERROR: Dropbox API: (6) Couldn’t resolve host ‘api-content.dropbox.com’

Tries to resolve five times then aborts.

First, I uninstlled this plugin and checked db for any latent files.
Then reinstalled plugin, created new job that has authorization to whole Dropbox and has specific Destination Folder.
Same error occurs.

Next, uninstalled plugin, scoured db for latent files, deleted all Dropbox folders – then reinstalled plugin, created new Dropbox folders with different names, created new job that has authorization to whole Dropbox and has new specific Destination Folder.
Same error occurs.

Next, uninstalled plugin, scoured db for latent files, deleted all Dropbox folders – then reinstalled plugin, created new Dropbox Account with folders with different names.
Then, created new job that has authorization to whole Dropbox and has new specific Destination Folder at new Dropbox account.
Same error occurs.

I have used this plugin on all the sites I administer for quite awhile with no problems and now all of them are doing this error that has never happened previously:

ERROR: Dropbox API: (6) Couldn’t resolve host ‘api-content.dropbox.com’

Cannot create folder error

When I attempt to run BackWPUp Free, it gives me an error message that it cannot create a folder inside /wp-content/uploads . However, it can create a temporary folder OK. I checked the folder permissions for uploads and it is 755.

Without this hurdle, it cannot backup anywhere, e-mail, DropBox or simple local folder.

Job “xxx” has started, but not responded for 10 seconds. (multisite)

When I start a backup job on my multisite i get the following error:

Job “xxx” has started, but not responded for 10 seconds.

Although the progress bar is not shown, a backup file is generated.

From the tab icon in my browser i can tell that it is waiting for the server to answer. I tried different browsers and deactivated all other plugin but got the same result.

I can’t rely on backup files that were generated with an error message.

I only get this error on multisite. On single site it runs smooth as always.

I have just installed backwpup free plugin and tried to get it to back up my website.

But the function to backup to ftp is missing. There is this message “Missing function “ftp_nb_fput”.” under Job Destination – Backup to FTP.

When I tried to run the plugin, I also got this message: “The HTTP response test get an error “Couldn’t resolve host ‘bereanbibleexpositions.org'””

DB backup Failing with Out of memory Error

Hi,
my last 3 weekly DB backups have been failing.

The database backup runs but seems to fail when trying to email the backup files to me. This is the error message:

Out of memory (allocated 53215232) (tried to allocate 17301215 bytes) in ../blog/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/vendor/SwiftMailer/classes/Swift/Encoder/Base64Encoder.php on line 51 [05-Apr-2015 03:02:01] ERROR: Out of memory (allocated 53215232) (tried to allocate 17301215 bytes)

I have made sure I am using TarGz to compress the files.

Any advise?

Imcremental Backup with BackWPup Free

Hi,

I use BackWPup and it works good and as expected. But is it not possible to create Imcremental Backups with this plugin? Now I get every day full backups on my DropBox. It should be much better when only the changed files are backed up. So that you first should create a Full Backup and after that a daily Imcremental Backup.

I can’t find this option in your plugin, is this even possible?

BackWPup not showing in plugin list after update to WP 3.9

My BackWPup installation stopped showing in the plugin list after I updated to WP 3.9.

I tried re-installing and it told me the folder still existed. I FTP’d to the site, removed the folder, and then reinstalled the plugin but it still does not show up as it used to.

Any suggestions on how to get it running again?
