However, it’s currently counting double the purchases that the site is actually receiving.
I’ve had a talk with Facebook business support I was told that “It appears that the rule for deduplication of our platform is missing an event id parameter in order to capture or better yet separate the targets on events set.”
The representative I spoke to suggested the plugin developers follow this setup to prevent the deduplication from happening: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/conversions-api/deduplicate-pixel-and-server-events/
I would really like this fixed and I’m not technical enough to do this on my own, unfortunately. The only diagnostic errors I’m seeing in the Events Manager is “AddToCart Event Missing Deduplication Parameter”, “Missing Purchase value parameter” and one about user names in the purchase URLs that is being scrubbed by Facebook so as to not violate user privacy.

]]>The demo on the theme site has the home site title link as
https://andersnoren.se/themes/hitchcock
and it should read

Further, the theme comes with very little to recommend it, no documentation or suggestions on how to set up the demo.
Pass on this one…..
]]>Suddenly, out of the blue, there is a different system running. Stupid pop ups for example when I post a link, this thing pops up in the way telling me this is a link. Utterly useless and it gets in the way and is most annoying and interrupts my writing.
There are other bad changes. Suddenly, I can’t post videos anymore. When I use the ‘you tube’ option, nothing happens.
What on earth is going on here? I pay for this service! I want to talk to some real person here and not have this complaint ignored, I left Blogger due to them messing with the coding, too.
]]>Looks like there are a lot of coding issues in this plugin. I’ll have to see if I can downgrade, or find another plugin, since the old version had issues too, that I had fixed in my local version.

Hrm – checking the code, I see that on line 1187 you already are putting it into the session, so line 1188 can simply be removed. I’m not sure what you were trying to do with the two calls?
