I just remembered I used this before and its quite confusing if you’re doing this the first time.

Installed the plugin on the first site, started the export. Ran smoothly.

Then installed the plugin on the second site, started the import process. Experience was confusing and I didn’t know I would just drag and drop the id from the right to the inputs.

After trying a similar plugin it was smoother coz it was labeled well. I realized after using another plugin that this could be similar to this plugin.

If you can label and make the experience better it could be better.

Not worthy, wasted time, i will move to Crocoblock

I tried to use this plugin because at first look it seemed pretty flexible, but after spoting my first bug and looking at the source code i really fast understood it will be just an illusion.

And for sure It taked them several months to resolve only one bug, and now after update it breaked again. However i think my use case is not so crazy, i just use a loop grid into a custom type search page, with ajax filtering. The ajax filtering component are SO buggy ! It rely on so many contextual data, than if your use case is not the one the devs thinked about, you are doomed. And how did they resolve this ? By adding a new condition to deal with my specific use case rather than refactoring existing code which should work out of the box.

The plugin is really not flexible, because the code design is really poor. For example, the Params Processor class (in pro version) is just a page of code with 4500 lines of switch … case and if … else. The devs team is coding like devs used to code 15 years earlier. Every bug repport bring them to create a new if else statement. When i contacted support i suggest them to apply SOLID principle to their code, but they didn’t know what it means… of course they really did not know any coding design pattern.

If you are a dev, please avoid this plugin, it will be only pain and frustration. If you are WordPress User, please stick to the most common use case.
I will not wait again to resolve my new bug, this plugin realy wasted my time, i will move to crocoblock.

To devs : Please devs, maybe you are too busy, but you realy need to step up into your coding technics. It is maybe time for you to start a V2 of your plugin and learn to refactor.
If you don’t do that, your advance will fast be retaken by Elementors devs team. They just release their own loop grid system, and sorry but it is better than yours.

I’ve been using Wordfence for so many years. Now, every time I need to install it on a new site, the plugin redirects me to a page off my site to get a new license key. They sent this key via email, but I never received, so I can’t complete the installation. I’m already looking for other alternatives.

Terrible Support – impossible to submit to Apple Store

I should say that I have a lifetime deal with this with no restrictions. It is fairly easy to make an app from your website, although there are still bugs in the process. However, I got my app made very quickly. Then I managed to submit it to the Google Play store. So far so good. Then they nightmare started….

I have been trying for months now to get an app accepted to the Apple Store. it is a simple blog site with nothing special about it, but it is impossible to get it submitted. I tried to resolve the issues with the support team, but they take up to 2 weeks to respond to a support request and give dire warnings about submitting multiple tickets so you are absolutely powerless to try and get things progressed. So I paid for their module to submit to Apple store. It did not work. When I contacted support they advised it would only work once the app was already accepted onto the apple store not the first time – it would have been helpful to know that before they took my money! In desperation I paid the for them to submit the app and it was still refused on the same grounds with the same problem. I tried again to get this resolved through support and again it took over a week for them to get back to me. They asked me to arrange an a appointment to chat with them, then they didn’t come on the chat. I am so fed up with this poor service and poor product.

What is the point of having a product that can only be used on Android since it is pretty much impossible to get it accepted in the Apple Store?

After update to v.3.3 I am forced to find other solutions

Used to be a great plugin with sufficient features in free edition. Now, at version 3.3 I can’t create custom shipping providers. I would need to buy a pro version. 129 USD per year just for that is way overpriced in my opinion.
It feels like a trap by drug dealers. Get some free doses until you are addicted and when bound to their stuff, then rise the price.
The free version has no desired shipping providers in my country (in many other countries too), since version 3.3 we can’t add custom providers anymore and as I can’t afford to pay asked price for this feature, the only option is to move away from this plugin.
Even if authors would add all my desired shipping providers to their free version, I am afraid to continue using it. With this sudden “upgrade” attitude they might in the future put us again in pity situation and getting out of it without paying them would be difficult.
Downgrade to latest working version is possible, but I don’t like to install plugins that are not maintained and potentially will be incompatible with some future WP releases.
These are solely my personal fears and my personal experience. Certainly, there are those who find all their desired shipping providers in a list and are happy with the new upgraded version.
Luckily, for users like me, there are still some free plugins that do the job and can be switched to.

I installed WordPress REST API Authentication plugin I got this error after trying to activate the plugin “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
The plugin could not be activated.
So it was not a useful plugin and I had to uninstall it.

What a useless thing developed. I have installed this plugin and create the form and the main purpose that is even showing in the plugin name “Mailchimp” Integration you need to buy its PRO version. Waste of time and it must be at least this feature to be included in the FREE version.

Bad experience at all. Not recommended this plugin.

I’m very sad to say this but there isn’t support for this plugin. I pay for a PRO version but only when i open a ticket i don’t receive answer for 2weeks… and nothing change. No update for solve issue, no answer from developer… no way to solve bug. In the forum, hundred people with same problem since years and no answer, no solution. Very bad experience.
