GTIN UPC field not working with barcode scanning in Woo mobile app

Hello,

We’ve recently added a brick-and-mortar location to our online store with more than 2,600 SKUs. I see that there’s a GTIN/UPC field for products and variations, but when we input the GTIN there, the barcode scanner in the Woo mobile app doesn’t match it with any products.

The GTIN/UPC also doesn’t appear as a column when we export our products to CSV, so there’s no efficient way to add these with a spreadsheet import. Is there something else we should be doing to make sure that barcodes can be read/matched correctly by the Woo app? How can we add them via product import?

Not easy to use. Also, must buy monthly subscription to display the barcode image on your website. The Free version just displays numbers.

Hallo, i have a question. I finaly love this plugin. I only want to know, if i buy a hand laser barcode scanner, will it work with the POS? I have intaled the barcode generator and i have barcodes of the products, but before i buy, i want to know if this plugin will work with the laser scaner to add the fizical product to the checkout in pos?

Well, we have an issue: we’re trying to upload EAN codes to our products, using the plugin.. we’ve tried with EAN-13 and 8, but still.. after we save the product with the EAN Code updated, it throws this message: “Invalid EAN” – check the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/M1f1-hnwqFVe

I am integrating E2Pdf with Forminator for event registration. I managed to create a PDF that serves as a confirmation and send it via email to every user that submitted the form. However, is it possible to scan this barcode at the event and how do I do that? Also, is there a way to make the barcode invalid when the user has cancelled their registration?

My broducts have barcode numbers in WooCommerce, but when I search for a barcode, it does not find it.

Bought a license. The plugin bricked my site by modifying the Woo single product template (I think) . Products could no longer be added to cart, and basic fields like description, were no longer showing. Asked for refund – no refunds. Worst experience with buying plugins. Should have listened to other reviewers.
