I saw this option:
Message to be displayed for Guest users when tracking their carts
I added a message.
I cleared all caches.
Now trying to see my message in incognito window, without being logged, but i can’t see it.
Can you tell me where this message should be displayed ? and when exactly ? as soon as someone add a product to cart ?
Customers are automatically directed to cart when adding 1 product, could it be the reason why i cannot see the message ?
Thank you again.

Just one thing, I would like the shop admin to be notified when there is an abandoned cart (to be able to also contact customers manually), so can you tell me how to do this ?
Thanks again for the great work.

]]>Is it standard that when checking an incomplete order, I can find the name of the products but no direct link to the products ?
Is it something that you could consider in the future ? Because I am using this list to send manual emails to customers.
Thank you so much for the great plugin, I will post a good review now.
]]>Does your plugin has an abandoned cart notification for admin ? Do we get an Email when an Email is sent to customers ?
Sorry I have read the description but couldn’t find the reply.
Thank you.

I think that you know what we need, but in case people have different ideas, maybe it would be good to keep this page updated ?
– Incomplete order email notification for admin
The main option that I miss is an email notification (for admin) to alert me when there is an incomplete order.
– Direct link to products on your plugin Woocommerce Live Checkout Field Capture page.
+ other details that customer typed in the form.
As I am sending (and will keep sending) manual incomplete Emails to customers, it would be easier to get all the customer details on your plugin page.
– Not essential but still useful, a customer notification that his order was incomplete. At least an easy message without orders details, just to inform customer that he can use a promo code to get a gift or discount if he completes his order.
BUT we should be allowed to disable this function ! Because I often had problems with automatic incomplete orders emails sent to customers who actually completed their order, sometimes using another name or Email (remember that if they checkout with Paypal, they do not have to type an Email, and their Paypal email is often different from the Email used when they made an incomplete order).
Thanks a lot !
