BETA TESTING?
=============
This debugging email is sent when you are using a development version of WordPress.
If you think these failures might be due to a bug in WordPress, could you report it?”
]]>We are currently developing a plugin that works with this plugin. Additionally to the current plugin, we have developed this to automatically go behind the scenes and assign tables to bookings at available dates and times. Tables can be set up in the back end and they can be selected if these tables can be combined or not. Those tables that can be combined will be combined automatically if necessary.
If you would be interested in looking at a beta version and participating in some testing for us get in touch. I am happy to provide further details to those interested.
]]>For more information on how you can beta test Auto Load Next Post, please read this article.
]]>Once again, Secondary Title is being updated. The new version will be 1.9.6.
Since this plugin is being used by over 8000 active WordPress-based websites, I’d like to make sure that there are no bugs or errors before I make the update accessible for all users.
For this, I’m looking for a couple of volunteers who are willing to invest 15 minutes of their time to test the new version and give me a feedback, especially bug-related ones.
You would do me and other Secondary Title users a huge favour. If you’d like to beta-test the new version, please contact me via email or Slack (username thaikolja at wpdevelopersclub.slack.com) and I’ll send you the files and a small questionnaire where you can leave your feedback for the new version.
Many thanks,
thaikolja

Maybe one of you is interested?
But… I have had a snag: the site is managed by Sitelock and therefore it is run through a firewall… and it was impossible to filter out some fake visitors by their IP address… but they had one common characteristic: they all used Windows 8.
I asked the support team to help and they immediately commissioned the developer, within a day they sent me a version that allowed me to filter out fake users by their operating system… and it worked.
I am getting a lot more realistic view of who is visiting the site, and I am happy I asked… and very satisfied.
Thank you.
]]>I used the short code in the documentation on a FAQ page I created and when I looked at the page in a preview I saw the code perfectly but nothing else like my actual questions and answers. I tried to use the second method of inserting the code using the ? mark it installed in my page toolbar and it just sat there and did nothing. Shortly after that I couldn’t reach my site. I had to use Cpanel to remove the plugin completely from the plugin folder and a few minutes later I could get back in.
I then loaded their second plugin FAQ WD and after spending 2 minutes on it, it looked VERY familiar. That’s when I saw they built both of them. I didn’t want to find out if FAQ WD was FAQ WMD so immediately ripped that one out.
If you don’t have money to see a scary movie, definitely use their plugins.

2. Have a www.ads-software.com install.
3. Want to help us out.
Send an email to colin [at] plainmade [dot] com
Looking forward to it!
]]>If I wait a day or few days, the numbers do change but it seems like there is always an update for WordPress even if there really isn’t one. I’ve caught myself performing 2,3 upgrades just because the prompt tells me a new version is available.

]]>I’ve been using qTranslate for quite a lot of time, but since it’s author no longer has the needed time and basically no one is running the project any more(well the forums are still active and bugfixes get posted there from time to time), I decided to start working on a new Multilingual plugin for WordPress.
So far, I’ve reached the point at which I think is ok for people to alpha test the plugin. It’s at the very basic stage yet – a lot of features have not been implemented yet, but it’s generally working.
If someone is interested in testing the plugin, here are the requirements that you need to meet:
I think that’s the main stuff – if you meet those requirements, I’d love you to be a tester. If you don’t meet them, then I’d suggest you wait until a stable version is released
Here’s what you need to do if you’ve decided to join the beta testing:
When you activate the plugin and select which post types you want to have multilingual support, you can go and edit each post type. While the page is loading, you won’t see anything(since the default editors are hidden). Then you’ll see something like this.
A “Language” section with all of your active languages as tabs. Clicking on the tab switches the language editor. They are built with native WordPress functions and are only hidden/displayed via JavaScript – that’s why they should work pretty well out of the box. As you can see you can change the title, slug and content for each language.
Also, you need to know the things that have not been implemented yet.
For now I want to see if there is interest in the plugin and whether I can find people to help me with the testing.
Thank you for your time,
Nikola Nikolov
