error messages after installing Better WP Security plugin

I see the following message when I visit my website:

Warning: require_once(/homepages/21/d356931698/htdocs/wp-load.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /homepages/21/d356931698/htdocs/wp-blog-header.php on line 12

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/homepages/21/d356931698/htdocs/wp-load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php5.5′) in /homepages/21/d356931698/htdocs/wp-blog-header.php on line 12

I see a similar message when I try to log in. I installed the Better WP Security plugin yesterday, changed all my usernames and passwords for the site. I also changed my security settings under the plugin. I immediately logged out and back in to the site without any problems yesterday, but I can’t get back in today.

I tried deleting the plugin via FTP, but am still having the same problem. I don’t have any other ideas for how to fix this problem. Do any of you?

Not working when wp-content folder renamed

I am using better-wp-security plugin. when I renamed wp-content folder using that plugin LenSlider is not working.
What is the reason? Is there are any file to rename manually?

Better WP Security Plugin Locked Out of Website?

Yesterday installed and activated the Better WP Security plugin.

Long story short, it locked me completely out of my own website.

warning message when I try to update post or page

I was using plug-in Better WP security. I deatctivated it then uninstalled it and now I get this warning when I try to update a post or page. Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/b/i/g/bigbuckdoby/html/wp-config.php:29) in /home/content/b/i/g/bigbuckdoby/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 876. Any help would be appreciated. I reinstalled the Better WP security plugin but haven’t activated it.

I come here because when I browse on my website, sometimes I encounter the following error message:

In the line 9 of the document functions.php mentionned, it is written ? require_once (RWMB_DIR . ‘meta-box.php’); ?.

This error message shows up only occasionally, in my admin panel, and I encounter it just for a few days, after I installed ? Better WP Security plugin ?. The plugin recommanded me to change the prefix of my databases and I think it comes from it…

Does somebody know how I can solve this bug?

[Plugin: Better WP Security] File Change Warning – How do I tell if it is a Hacker?

I just installed the Better WP Security plugin on two separate sites I am working on. Both sites have since sent out multiple emails stating there have been multiple file changes made – but I do not know what this means or how to tell if this is because of a hacker.

Here are some examples of the file change warnings:
wp-content/plugins/business-directory-plugin/languages/WPBDM.pot Monday July 2nd, 2012 at 4:21 pm UTC 2d66c7a9fa793a74bb835c5a087abf39
wp-content/plugins/si-contact-form/star.png Monday July 2nd, 2012 at 3:18 pm UTC 6c8273e7a485fb777314ea9d0b5a103b

If I cannot get some insight on what these file changes mean or why they are happening I will discontinue to use this plugin with the assumption it does not work and my sites have been hacked.
