As all of us know, standard plugins sometimes a little bit do not fit to requirements of site owner/builder. And this “a little bit” in many cases means a LOT!
In my case standard plugin “date” field have been showing 1 date. But I needed 2 fields: dates from – till. So, we started communications with support of plugin Product fields…. To be honest, I expected something like: “use as is”, but this time all was completely different!!!! Robert not only helpled me with 2 dates, but looked at back office and – attention – !!! have send me a small video how to make it since this module had also a formula. With his help I have 2 dates on my site, as wanted and here I would like to thank guys from this plugin for their incredible support, which turned small thing into BIG!

Most recent WooCommerce plugin is reporting a “Something is wrong” error for a plugin in the NeoShip plugin on orders page. There is message “Please refresh the page and try again”

Debug doesn’t show any error though. Only after deactivating the plugin, the orders load.

More columns in mobile

I just wanted to know if is it possible to set 2 colum view when in mobile.

In desktop, the gallery appears nice (altough I would prefer a slightly smaller images, and I don’t see option for that).

Every page has gotten bigger

Suddenly over night every page has gotten bigger, that means every section and column has gotten enlarged! All my text falls to the right side also for some reason? I cant seem to resize the sections either

I am using the Blocksy child theme.

Less product columns and large single view

Hello!
Today I noticed one of my sites with online store (WooCommerce) was displaying 2 columns of products, instead of the 4 column display as always have been. I did not change anything, since the site was completed months ago.

Also, when viewing any product page, the main photo appears huge, as in full width (considering it leaves an area on the right side, but never was this big).

I disabled plugins, removed custom css, made no difference.

This is not a serious issue, since the store is working and displays fine on mobile phones. But when viewed in a computer screen, its quite unpleasant to see.

And before someone asks, the WooCommerce Customize options are set to 4 columns. Still, it displays 2 columns.

Slider flashing when scrolling down the webside

Hello,

I’m using a Slider 1920px x 800px. It contains 5 pictures with the same dimensions and a overlay with 3 Buttons.

Now I have the problem that all pictures flickers to the left or right when I scroll down the page. It’s only for a few milliseconds but noticeable.

I hope you can help me.

Making the slider smaller

Hi!

I love this slider plugin. However, I need to change the size. The images and the price are too big for me.
Also, on mobile view it only displays 1 product, plus it’s huge. How do I change the size? I want the slider to be normal size on mobile displays, meaning I’d like atleast 4 products shown.

I tried with code, font-size doesn’t do anything..

Cart icon shifts search bar

Hello!

I’ve had this problem for a while, but I just noticed what causes it.

When my cart is empty, the search bar is positioned in the middle – just like it’s supposed to be.
However, when I add items to cart, the block that displays the icons expands, shifting search bar to the left (it depends on the price of items for how much it expands).

I understand this is theme based, however the support threads in theme’s support don’t get any replies.

I would greatly appreciate any help that I get. I tried to replace “margin-left” with “transform: translateX”, but it doesn’t solve my problem.
