Feeling quite low about this issue as have clients that use wordpress for their locally hosted websites. I would be most grateful for any help with this issue!

I am new to the forum and thank you for any help or input you may have.

I am building my first site using Woo commerce. By default, all pages seem to have a clean, white page background. However, my Featured Product page that opens when I go to full page mode (after clicking image with magnify glass icon) has a black background. This is problematic for me as I sell photography and my featured images have a drop shadow effect on white background to mimic how my prints look as they are mounted/framed to have a “floating” effect.

I have tried options in the “customize” and “appearance” sections to no avail.

If you go to my website and click any image it will direct to a black page.
This happened after I upgraded to the latest wordpress version.

Before I was quite happy with the theme.It looked good and was perfect for my idea.

I hope you can explain wht is wrong or what I need to do,

Error: Homepage is accessible, the first click to a link is always redirected, clicking on another link causes a black blank screen and new page is not loaded (the link does not change)
Example: The first click to either of the 4 main pages on the left menu will work, but clicking on any other link will cause the black blank page to appear. Including in admin mode, clicking on ‘Edit Page’ (for example) will cause the black blank page to appear.

I have tried:
– Backup: The oldest backup I have is 1 month ago, backing up to this version did not help
– Disabling plugins: Right now, I only have the following plugins, I deactivated them one by one to see which one is the culprit but I could not find it:

Current Menu Item for Custom Post Types
iThemes Security
Jetpack
Optimus
UpdraftPlus
– Updating theme: My theme is a customized one, there is no current update for it and nothing has changed on the theme since 2 years.

I have got en issue with the homepages https://sochaderslev.dk.
When clicked on a link in the homepages the side is coming up but the side is empty, it’s black with an with a white cross.

I hope you can help me solve this problem?

First of all thank you for the free plugin!

I have a problem like some of the others on here that after clicking on the donwload button the file downloads but the page stays black. If you refresh the page everything is back.

I tried changing the dir, opening the file in browser, etc.

Can you help me out?

I write this post because I get a blank page when I add a product to my cart. Then, if I go back to the site, the selected product is on my cart. However, this issues happen only when the cart was empty.

I already tried to desativate plugins, update, change php version, but the issues persist.
