WPForms Lite Contact Form Responses are Blank

Currently I am receiving contact form emails that are blank. I can see sender name, but nothing else. I have sent test messages to ensure that this is a legit problem. I also cannot get my social media buttons to work on my contact page either. I use WPForms lite. I am relatively new to this and am lost on how to fix it.

Hi,

We’re getting blank emails with no text, sender, or email to reply to almost every day. We’re thinking is a bug on the backend of WordPress. Does anyone know how to fix this? The good thing is that the contact form is working and we’re receiving emails from our customers.

I’m Receiving Blank Automatic Emails, like 30 at a time

Daily on average, I’m receiving 25+ emails in the span of 5 minutes.

I don’t know, what triggering the Contact Form on my website, and I have gone through other support topics, but here I’m receiving on bulk automatically.

I do activate captcha,

I do have [your-subject], [your-email], and [your-message] at proper place.

I do not have mail 2 activated.

I do receive when I’m manually trying to send an email.

Emails come through, but the field codes do not have user data

I’m using the Twenty Seventeen theme.

This worked fine before the WordPress update recently. I’ve tried:

1. Deleting the plugin folder and reinstalling the plugin
2. Changing the theme to Twenty Sixteen and disabling all other plugins.

These changes haven’t worked so I’ve put the form back as it was. I’ll need to disable the page ASAP if I can’t find a fix.

Hi I have an issue where the email used for admin and contact form is sending blank replies to tickets, even when its open or closed.

I know that someone else has queried clients receiving blank emails, I too am experiencing the same problem. I notice that there is an option to add your own form and Contact Form 7 can be used as an alternative. I’m going to try this to see if it resolves the blank email issue, if it doesn’t, it would be great if this plugin could be updated, I’ve recently given it a great review as it meets almost all of my needs.

I am receiving some emails with valid content from this plugin, but also emails with no content, only the following:

How can this be happening? I have mandatory fields on the contact form so spammers cannot be sending blank messages?

Hello,

I saw another thread about this but unfortunately, the link was no longer valid. That being said I thought I’d start a new one here. After successfully setting up my SMPT, I was happy to see that my contact form was submitting emails to my inbox. However, the email contained no information.
