Media library blank page on V6.6.5

[wordpress V6.7.1 – Easy Social Feed V6.6.5 – PHP 8.2.21]

I have a blank page in my media library with version 6.6.5. No error message when I activate the debug logs, I deactivated all the plugins on my site and tested only this plugin and the problem comes from this version. I did a rollback to V6.6.4 and I don’t have this problem.

Hello,

After updating the website of my client, I got the blank page again (when your plugin is active). When I deactivate it, there is no problem.
I increased the memory already to 512 and did all the other “tricks”, but no luck.
Can you help me please?

I had installed Solid Mail and was using it. Now I can only see the menu. Clicking on any of the link results in a blank page (Solid Mail – Mail Log – Settings)

I Deactivated it and reactivated it. I uninstalled and reinstalled it back, check it in different browser, but they did not help. Any ideas/

Page coming blank after profile update

Hi,

I am using this plugin to make new registration on my website where user can update profile after login. While update profile, users are seeing blank page (white screen) instead of displaying thank you message in most the cases. In certain test cases, users are able to update their profile. But in most test cases, users are seeing only blank page.

Form is tested on all major browsers with different users and facing same issue across. Checked with my hosting provider and added pages to cache exclusion.

Would highly appreciate your help to make users update their profile.

Hi, today I tried to publish a new post after 14 days of inactivity, and when I tried to add a new post, I encountered a blank screen. I’ve cleared the cache, tested with different browsers, in incognito mode, and disabled plugins, but the issue persists. I’ve also contacted my hosting provider, but they haven’t found any errors on their end yet. Does anyone have any suggestions? Could this be related to the latest update?

Here is the crazy problem. Your helpdesk went blank. I was perplexed because it always worked. To get your help desk plugin to work, I cannot have any text or instructions or images on the page. I can’t have a title. It just gives me the helpdesk and that is it. If I insert text or image, etc. Your plugin won’t show.

Hi , i have this plugin it was working before but for some reason know it has stop working showing some of the pages that were previusly translated blank when i change de flag from spanish to english , this is happenning in the main page so its urgent to fix it as soon as posible.

For those experiencing a white page or blank page when trying to edit a page or post after upgrading to WordPress 6.5 or above, the Enable Classic Editor & Widgets plugin should fix this issue. Simply activate it, and you should be able to get back to the classic editor for the page or post.
