]]>I am in serious need of some help. I’ve noticed lately that whatever I post, wasn’t showing up on my site when you go to the address
https://www.kanyouketchum.com.
I read a few forums, and some said that in order to fix it, I should deactivate my plugins, then re-activate them to find the problem. I did that, and now, when you go to the url, it says that the page cannot be found. When I go to my dashboard and click “view site” it says the site is not available. My ENTIRE site is down, and it’s my livelihood. Please, please someone tell me how to fix this. My site is pretty much non-existent, and the problem I first had is now way worse. I need some help. Is there ANY way to get it back up online? What did I do wrong??? I can still edit my posts, but I can’t preview them. It’s driving me NUTS!!

]]>Yesterday, I tried updating my overall custom font but it didn’t work. I also tried updating my plug-ins but received an error message. My website https://jynallenphotography.com was working fine after that. Today, however, my entire site is down. I can’t even log in to the /wp-admin to view anything.
I honestly have no idea what my steps should be to fix this because I’m not savvy in websites at all.
I contacted my host, GoDaddy, who ran everything they could and they could not find the issue. They directed me here.
My error message is as follows:The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
]]>I got alerted to the problem by others who lost access to the page. I cannot log in now as the page does not come up at all.
Apart from updating the functioning blog, my only recent activity was related to wordpress.com, not www.ads-software.com. To gain access to another friend’s blog, I had to change my password for wordpress.com. I did not think the sites were connected, however my www.ads-software.com blogs are now listed in the wordpress.com account and the non-functional one is listed without access.
]]>We have built a blog on the domain: www.astylisheventblog.com; which we purchased through an upgrade bundle on wordpress.com – Transaction i.d: 1FV384827V785843E and currently the DNS is pointed to a blue host account – but unfortunately this blue host account is now suspended, meaning we can no longer access our wordpress site/blog!!
What I wanted to know was two things:
1.) Is it possible to transfer the blog domain back to wordpress to host, as it originally was?
and if not
2.)if we were to set up a new account with another hosting company like GoDaddy for instance, We were advised that in order to migrate the content of our wordpress site to their hosting servers, we would also need to change/point the DNS to them, but as our site is down, we cannot access the WordPress Admin section of our site to be able to do this!!, we were told that we would need to contact wordpress to find out how we access the Admin section of our blog/site to be able to redirect the DNS to the new hosting company.
I hope to hear from from somone soon as our blog has been down for almost 3 weeks and we desperately need it up and running agin!
]]>My blog is: blog.greece-rent-a-car.com/
Something might be wrong with “custom-header.php” on my “sixteen theme blog” and my blog is not running.
Whatever URL I try to enter related to my blog address, I am getting this error:
‘Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ in /var/www/blog.greece-rent-a-car.com/wp-content/themes/sixteen/inc/custom-header.php on line 101′
I am not able to admin anything…
Please advise if there is a way to restore the default “custom-header.php” and have my blog running again.
Thank you in advance for your help,
