Thank you,
Lynda
I have a staging site where I am tweaking my travel blog. I’ve gone from 2017 thee to Mountain theme from Astra. My existing blog post are in a black background with white lettering and a side menu. The new post format in Astra Mountain template is a white background with type I don’t like.
Since starting this blog 12 years ago, I’ve generated over 300 post. Is there a way using the native WP editor to create or apply a format that will adjust all 300 existing blog post?
I’m stumped!?
Several people have recommended I use Elementor Pro but I’m not sure I want to be locked into that system?
Thank you!

I am using the Twenty Twelve theme.
I would like to change the way blog entries display on this page: https://myoga.com/newsite/blog/
I would like them to display the featured image, title, a bit of the text (but not the full entry) and then the sharing buttons below.
I know I have done this (possibly with other themes) in the past, but cannot seem to find the settings for it in the Twenty Twelve theme. Perhaps it is something I need to customize?
If you can offer any help I would so greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
Brittany
]]>Does Virtue theme support different post formats? And if so how do you access them. I just found out about them today, at the moment all my posts are “standard”. In all questions I am referring to my site (see below for link)
This is the types that are available in general

I have made format choices based on what works best in terms of background and readability for the rest of the site, but the blog page leaves a lot to be desired. The typeface font is very large and spaced far apart making it hard to read. Also the color is very light against a light background. The ‘quoting’ effect doesn’t really convey it’s a quote at all. Can any of these format choices be changed only on the blog page?
I mean can it be done easily? I don’t know anything about CSS or formatting.

]]>I’ve tried the various format options of ‘aside’ and ‘image’ along with all the others. None of them seem any different as far as allowing me to put text next to the image I insert. This creates a lot of empty real estate in the post. Am I missing something simple here?
If not configurable on the front end, is there a way I can modify this through the css?
I am new to this, but have successfully changed my submenu and widget border colors in the css files with your excellent answers to other peoples questions. I love the template and your help is greatly appreciated!
]]>I had the site built by a professional and he says that this is a restriction of the widget he used. Doesn’t seem right to me but I am not a programmer. Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks.
]]>I hope I am posting to the right forum; I am assuming that my question is related to my template/theme, but it may not be. I have googled and googled and can’t find the answer, which could be due to me not knowing all the technical lingo for what I’m trying to accomplish.
My site is hcjulies.com. It’s just a test site and one that I am using to learn on. So please pay no attention to the content, it’s all fictious. My question is…
I have created several category pages (as seen on the top menu)that I am using to organize my posts. I would like for each category page to display the posts in a blog format and not appear in blocks like they are now. I installed the List Category plugin, but I don’t think it does what I thought it would.
Any insight would be WONDERFUL!
