I am using WP_MAIL_SMTP plugin to send emails including transaction emails(password reset). It works fine.
Then I installed another plugin which is to make beautiful html format for the email sent, the plugin’s name is ‘Email Templates Customizer and Designer for WordPress and WooCommerce’ By?wpexpertsio. It works ok without Tablesome plugin activated.
If I activated Tablesome Pro, the email sent will have an empty body text, with only the header and footer. The email content is gone.
I have tested many times, activating and deactivating each plugin one by one and I am sure it is linked with Tablesome Pro plugin.
Once I disabled Tablesome, the email sent is back to normal with body text.
Could please look into this and hopefully find any issues on it?
Thank you.
]]>I have tried many times, but the transaction mail(password reset) generated don’t have body text included, only the header and footer is presented there.
I am using WP_MAIL_SMTP to send the mail. IF not activating EMAIL TEMPLATE, it will send out with plain text only email with the correct body text included. However, if activated EMAIL TEMPLATE, then only header and footer is presented, there is no body text in the mail.
Please kindly help, thank you.
]]>I have a short note on my thank you page after checkout:
“Please have the order amount ready when the courier arrives to Pay on Delivery.
Your order is being processed and will be dispatched shortly!”
This text snippet is automatically added at the end of the body text of every mail that concerns order status plus customer invoice mail.
The text is not included in the body text and is also not shown in the mockup order preview. It just appears in previews of actual orders and in the actual mails.
Is there a way to fix this?
Cheers,
Stan
My site is in the process of being built and designed. That being said, today I went on to finally begin adding the good stuff and realized that the body of text is not lining up with the headers. The breadcrumbs are not either or are the the post author information. I have tried everything to fix it along with contacting WP engine who told me my site has no errors or recent updates meaning I don’t seem to have done anything wrong. I tired turning off all plugins that didn’t work and even deleted CSS that I had most recently added, which didn’t work. The text was fine a few days ago and today I go on after a few days of being off to find that it’s a jumbled mess. Here is one page- https://www.danceswithknives.com/walnut-arugula-pesto-new/. You can see that the text isn’t aligned with the header or the breadcrumbs. It is the same issue on this page and all the pages: https://www.danceswithknives.com/plant-based-culinary-services/
Again I’ve made no changes. The WP Engine tech said it could be the theme as he found no errors.
I just can’t seem to fix the issue. Any thoughts?
]]>I have a multilanguage site, and I am trying to translate the WooCommerce emails, e.g. the order confirmation emails into three different languages; Swedish, English, and Danish. Words like ‘price’ and ‘shipping address’ are translated correctly, but the custom text I wrote in the email body, is not translated. I am using Loco translate, and I can’t find the string(s) for the custom text.
I am using TranslatePress to translate the site. It’s a front-end editor plugin, so I am able to translate everything that appears in the front-end. However, I cannot translate WooCommerce emails with this plugin. I was wondering if there is any way I can translate the custom text from the emails?
Any help would be much appreciated.

The text I’m referring to is underneath my large image. I starts with “How can we help you?”
Right now the body text stops on the right side of the screen after a bit. Everything else (like the menus, the header image).. they dynamically stretch to the right.
How can I make the body text do the same? I’m only doing 1 column in the text area.
Also, how can I change the color of the body text?

Our website was showing the Initial Screen’s Body Text in Portuguese – it was open for edits.
Now it’s locked.
How can we edit that bit of text?
]]>So in short:
Email Type and Text > Email Type > Customer Processing Order > Body Text (editing of the body text doesnt work)
Is there a different way I can edit the body text?
