We found a weird things on our website that without processing the css file the theme containing bold builder adds inline css. But after enabling Process CSS File inline css from the theme is removed completely.

404 Error With Bold Builder

Hi,
I am a paid customer. I cannot update the page and get a 404 error.
Bold Builder is the only reason for this error since it is the only plugin active. Besides, If I deactivate the plugin, everything is working.

As per new Google Map rules, we have to put the Google Map API key to make it work. Now, where should I put that API key in Bold Builder?! I could not find any way. Please help.

Note: If we can use any other map like Open Street Map etc., please mention how to use it, because there is no tutorial on this.

Issue with “Hide Default Headline”

After the WordPress update 6.0 when I checked a few of my pages, I noticed the default headline setting I setup in the backend was no longer working correctly. Below is the link to the public website

You’ll notice that it only affects the “About Us”, “Appointment Request”, and “Contact Us” Pages yet it works like normal for the “Covid-19”, and “Caregiver” page.

My question is, is the plugin possibly broken due to the new wordpress update or is it something within the source code that is not accepting the “Hide Default Headline” setting I set up.

Hi there,

First off – your plugin used to work wonderfully until last update or so.

I tried all possible combinations read from forum and some things on my own to get YouTube videos work on my site, all to no avail. I’m out of ideas now.

The things kinda move when I enable YouTube service blosking (Integrations > Services menu), but after accepting cookies the videos remain blacked out.

I’d appreciate some help.

Hi, i have problem. To insert custom shortcode on page(with builder). I need add text, and then [my_shortcode]. It works, but shortocode not add to section but appear on top
page. For example.
Standart wrapper is

. On this div insert all content page. But my shortcode add in front on this block. So this shortcode misses wrapper div.
