Cannot save booking

Hello!

While developing this website off-line, everything was working well.

Earlier today I put the website online and now, when completing a booking form, I get an error message that the booking cannot be saved. It is not being added to the Reservations page and no email confirmation is being send.

Any suggestions on how to fix this error?

I have installed the PreBook plugin, UI looks good. Would like to change the booking form to match my website branding. Are there any option to change the brand color, font family? Additionally, is it possible to preview the changes before applying them live?

I am having trouble with the calendar of my Booking Form. It is not rendering at all. There 2 errors in the console

Check box for privacy policy not working

In the booking form the check box for the privacy policy is not working. Although it is checked there is an error message, that you have to actived it and booking is not possible.

Only way to solve it ist to enable the option that consent is given by default in the backend. But then the check box on the form isn’t check but consent is given and booking is possible…

Booking form fields not showing

I’ve installed the Events Manager plug in (free) and cannot get the booking fields to show up. (It just has a comments box).

I have enabled registrations and bookings are open to everyone. The documentation mentions instructions that seem to be obsolete so they are of no use. Has anyone found a solution for this?

Accessibility issue with booking form

Hi there,
I found an accessibility issue regarding the form that is used for booking an event. When missing a required field, an error message is shown on the top of the form. When using a screenreader, users will not “see” this message as it is not focused after submitting the form. It would be possible to change this if the div that includes the error message gets one of the following attributes: role=”alert” OR aria-live=”assertive”.

Is it possible to change this in a new version of events manager? And in the meantime, is it possible that I can change the attributes of the error messages myself?

I’d like to edit the booking form to add a text box under one of the services (Repair Jobs) to allow the customer to specify what type of repair they need.

I’d also like to remove the Leave a Message text box from the booking summary page of the Booking appointment form.

Finally, I’d like to edit a button from saying Reschedule to Change Booking.

How can I go about doing these three things?

I am currently using your BookingPress plugin on my WordPress site and I am very pleased with its functionality. However, I have a specific requirement that I need help with.

I have a custom form on my website that collects user information including their date, email, and phone number. My goal is to initiate a booking process when a user submits this form. Essentially, I want the form submission to create a pending booking with the user’s date, email, and phone number.

Once the form is submitted and the pending booking is created, I would like the website admin to be able to manually add the remaining booking details such as the time, service, and other necessary information. After these details are added, the admin should be able to approve the booking.

I understand that BookingPress has extensive customization options and I am hoping that there is a way to achieve this functionality. Could you please guide me on how I can set this up? Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
