Only one box shows on the site

Hello, I am using the Free version, and noticed that only one of my boxes show up through the site. I have tried duplicating that box and adding different materials, changed times, it doesn’t matter, the other boxes don’t show up. Does the free version only come with one box? I do love the plugin enough to pay for it since I have been using it for some years now and love its versatility.

I also wish there was more information on sizing the box. Like for example, you show a measure measurement and a picture of that measurement so a person can see the size their box will be with those measurements. Some examples like this go a long way.

Also, examples of different screen widths, so that it’s easier to determine the “Only show on screens” larger or smaller options.

Annoying notification bars at top on admin panel…fix it?

How big is the team working on this plugin? At your next meetings, someone should talk about giving admin option to disable the update/notice bars that appear every time the cache is cleared, etc. The only way is to remove them with the X close window/bar which takes away from the workflow UI. Seems like common sense, right? Or at leas they could timeout and close after X seconds specified by admin in one of the general settings for the plugin.

Anyone else notice this? What do you think?

Rate per number of boxes

I have a project in which the products that are sent are boxes that vary their shipping price according to the number of boxes, it could also be calculated by the weight of the box.

For example: 1 box=X€, from 2 to 3 boxes=Y€ per box, from 4 to 15 boxes=Z€ per box, from 16 to 30 boxes=N€, etc. That is, an order of 12 boxes would have shipping costs of 12xZ€.

Is it possible to do those calculations with Flexible Shipping PRO?

Remove Lazyload Settings but Still checked in User Experience?

My objective is to remove Lazy Load because it is preventing the blocking of all cookies using Cookiebot in the auto-blocking setting. If I unchecked Lazy Load in general settings as seen in the 1st image should I also uncheck under user experience? And which check box should I uncheck one or both or leave it as is because I already unchecked Lazy Load under general settings? Please advise.

I disabled Lazy Load in Settings

Header Not scrolling/Sliding

@sonalsinha21 I installed SKT- Fundraiser Lite ver. 1.5 but the header wasn’t scrolling nor sliding. When I change the default template to Elementor Full-with or full-with web both the header and the boxes disappear. Thank you very much for providing this theme.

Two reCAPTCHA boxes admin login denied

Two reCAPTCHA boxes appear on admin login. Not able to login. When setting up wpForo Forum, keys were set up for the forum per notice that it was not protected for the forum. Now there is two reCAPTCHA boxes that appear on admin login. After both boxes receive a green check and clicking the login button this message appears; “Authentication failed. You have entered an incorrect reCAPTCHA value.”

Currently I have a “Web Site Construction in Progress” landing page.

Not sure how to get in to remove second set of keys.

Double Click on Symbols on iPhone

Hi,

I am still having issues with the plugin on mobile version of website.

I had made some edits to the plugin code to make it work, but that was overwritten when upgrading the plugin the other day.

Because single-clicking the icons are still not working on mobile (iPhone 11) on the website, I tried to make a fix by changing the text to “Are you human? Please double-click on the (House)”, since double-clicking (very quickly) seemed to allow the selection of the icons, but not single click or slower double click.

The problems are:

1. This this requires me to “hack” the code of the plugin to change the text to “double click on the icon. This is overwritten on plugin update. (currenly Version 3.2.3)
2. The size and outline boxes are wrong on my site on mobile. I have been trying to change the .css settings but no luck in making the icons and outlines boxes fit correctly on mobile. At the moment it kind of looks ok but not perfect.
I don’t know how to fix/adjust the sizes to fit on the mobile page.
3. People may be confused by my “double click” fix AND most people don’t double-click so very fast that is needed to click on and/or change the selection.

Looking forward to if you can please fix this and have a look at my link to see what the problem is.

Double Click on Symbols Needed on iPhone

Hi,

On iPhone 11, the red boxes for the symbols do appear, but a double click is required to change the selection to a different symbol, which is a fault.

I have tried disabling for example WP Rocket and all plugins that could be causing this, but it appears to be an issue with the plugin.

I am not using any caching on that specific page.

I am using the free version for now.

My Divi icons not loading on Worpress site
