I am using the Boxilla pop ups connected with mail chimp and we have one setup working perfectly on one of our pages. I have created a new one for the linked page and sometimes it shows up, sometimes it doesn’t. Yet all the back end settings are exactly the same! HELP!

Popup keeps coming up after we clear it on boxilla

Hi! I got my popup working perfectly! My only question is where in the set can I change the settings that once someone X’s the box, it doesn’t keep showing up on every page of your browsing experience.

So now if someone arrives at my home page, X’s out of the subscribe pop up and then reads an article 5 seconds later, it pops up again on the blog post again.

is there a way to tell boxilla that once someone x’s the box, don’t prompt it again while their browser is open on this page? Thanks so much!

Mobile and Chrome Pop Up Not Working properly

hi,

I have your mailchimp and boxilla plugins.

My ope up is working perfectly and linking to mailchimp on Safari Mac. But on Chrome Mac and iPhone mobile, it’s missing the email address bar and subscribe button to click. It only has the words and images on Chrome and mobile.

Weird. Can you pls help!

Hi there. Just installed Boxilla as per your recommendation. Pls go see my site:
ericadiamond.com. There is nowhere coming up that allows reader to enter email address and click subscribe, and finally, when I get that working, it must talk to my mailchimp list (I have the MC4WP working and connected).
Can you help me finish my popup properly with the subscribe button working and then adding those email addresses to my mailchimp account?

I used the popup code from mailchimp plus regular text.

Cannot add a third Boxilla Box to My Front Page?

I use Boxilla for pop-up boxes on our website. I have two boxes on our Welcome’s /Front Page. When I try to add a third box to that page, it will not show up on the site. Is there a limit to the number of boxes you can add to a page? Or, am I doing something wrong? Thank you.

Box only shows when logged in

I’m probably missing something obvious but for some reason my pop up only shows on my website when I’m logged into my dashboard. I need it to show for the general public too. Is there a setting somewhere to show to everyone? I’ve set it to just pop up on home page – I’m using it in conjunction with the MC4WP plugin to link to my mailchimp account.

Hi there,

I first must say I LOVE s2Memeber. The developers have done a fantastic job and continue to do so.

The reason for this post is for what looks like an incompatibility issue. I am using a plugin called Boxilla to create call to actions on my website. I would like these call to actions to be accessible to only certain users; however, in trying to choose the post level restriction, I choose the option, but yet all users are still able to view the call to action.
