I’m using Elementor free, plus the Headers and Footers plugin – its a pain to use but I can no longer afford Elementor Pro. The site was built using Pro so when I moved it I turned Pro off and had to rebuild the header and footer – the footer does not have any issues.
My issue is the header – when I go to the website using my PC on Windows 10 with Chrome or Edge, all looks great.
My cousin uses her Chromebook and the header is all messed up – only one graphic displays instead of all 3, no white background and the menu is html links instead of the pretty WordPress menu.
My friend used his Mac with Safari and the header is broken.
I use my Android phone with either Chrome or Edge and the header is broken.
My cousin used her iPhone with Safari and the header is broken.
The website is inatblackberrycreek.com, go look and let me know what you see, and hopefully someone will know what the issue is, cause I have no clue at this point.
]]>I have an issue on my website- and do not seem to find the solution myself.
Most of the time, the header is just healthy- playing that waterfall video. However, when you scroll a little through the site, and then go back to ‘home’, you might spot the broken header. (Bottom side of the video player is then blank)
Could it be that the loading of JS and CSS interfere with eachother? That’s what I’m thinking of..
Thank you for taking a look and if you don’t know what’s causing it then please don’t try to google: did that before…

]]>Last night I deployed our staging site using the siteground staging site tool. Everything was fine, except for an error on a plugin called BodyCommerce – it was trying to pull from an undefined variable, but that has since been fixed.
The new more pressing issue, is that I contacted Optimole support – this is what I was told about missing images:
Hi there,
I've checked your website and I see that the image missing that you're referring to is not on the server.
Here is the URL that Optimole uses:
https://modestandco.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/pet-cave-jack-3.jpg
As the original image doesn't exist Optimole cannot serve it either, could you please reupload that image? The Optimole should be able to pick it successfully and serve from the cloud. (maybe the image was deleted somehow during the migration)
I’m not really sure what to do here, but another weird issue going with this is that when I try to update my Global Header in the Divi theme builder, the header gives me a fatal php error and tells me it’s unable to save. Upon refreshing the site just to see what happens, I see that the logo in the menu module in the header is oversized and messing up the layout of the megamenu.
I’m not a developer and don’t know what is going on, but I have a feeling something was messed up in the php somewhere in the migration that’s affecting how optimole and my site connect. TLDR; possible caching conflict, missing or wrong links, etc
]]>I hope this finds you well.
I was hoping to get some help, as i have installed Autoptimise with the hope of speeding up my site which it seems to have done which is great. However, with my current settings when i go onto the mobile site the main nav at the top has disappeared (the burger menu is missing and the ‘compendium’ dropdown) and the 3 hero slider images below the menu have disappeared on mobile as well.
If i deactivate Autoptimise this solved the problem, but it would like to know which settings are causing the issue and how to resolve this please.
HERE ARE MY CURRENT AUTOPTIMISE SETTINGS:

]]>I have imported a starter site and was trying to customize the header with my logo, but all it ever did was display the site name even though I have clicked the right setting for displaying only the logo (not the site name or tagline). After this I have deleted some plugins I wasn’t using (Oceanwp plugins and sticky header plugins) and the header completely disappeared, now it is just a large black rectangle with no way of making any changes to it. I have tried importing other starter sites but the header was broken in all of them. Any help would be appreciated.
If all else fails, even just importing the original starter site correctly would be great.
Thank you!
]]>After the update, my front page header image broke. It should be there, but it’s not. When I go to the Frontend editor it shows up there, but the rest of the time it’s just blank background.
I’ll appreciate your help, as I don’t have any idea of coding.
PD: I’ve already tried it on Chrome, Safari, Firefox and incognito mode. The same issue.
Thanks,
]]>I’ve just updated the Mobile Menu plugin and lost my logo from the mobile header, which is now showing the desktop header for some reason.
Any suggestions?
