When I choose bulk select it only sends the mail to one user instead of all users that I have selected.
Note: I have tested this on staging site as well and got the same error.
Can you please look into this bug?

]]>it’s been a while. Still grateful for the previous help. Anyway, I got yet another problem, namely that while the plugin works and emails are being sent (through an external SMTP service, which is working as well) — they are only partially sent. About 40 of 130 in the last case.
I did not have a logger running because that would have been useful. However, I do have the log of MailerSend and as it turned out, the service only ever received these 40 emails. The rest never made it over the wire.
We triggered the emails manually, if that matters. My best guess is that the script just stopped at some point for whatever reason (we are on a shared host, so we do not have endless server resources). I actually suck at debugging. Last error log contains stuff from May with lots of “WordPress database error Table” but nothing for this time.
We had problems with emails for a while but thought this to be due to the lack of a proper SMTP service, which has now been amended yet the issue persists. MailerSend allows up to 12,000 emails on the free tier per month, so we are good on that front. Note that emails to cancel subscriptions, etc. are going out. So the site can definitely send emails, just not in bulk, apparently. Just silent failure.

]]>I am Using the WooCommerce Subscribers plugin and due to legal reasons in the EU we need to activate double opt-in action.
When I add the widget in the side bar, new users can sign up for the newsletter and they immediatly appear in the “manage subscribers” list. They don’t receive the confirmation email.
Any idea what i am doing wrong?

]]>In the Bulk Email page I see a header “This Message will be sent to 18 users who have filled the form Registration Form”
Our registered users consist of 2 groups:
– Those that registered by filling out registration form
– Those that were imported into our wordpress site using user import capability at https://www.abdalians-na.org/wp-admin/admin.php?import=wordpress_hf_user_csv using a CSV file and a “Import users from CSV with meta” plugin from https://codection.com/ based on instructions received in the forum in this message:

It seems that the import is missing some step with registration magic schema. Can you please tell me where I can find documentation on registration magic database schema and what to look for to overcome this issue.
One possible cause may be that at some point after the user import we added a required field in our registration form that the user accepts the Terms and Conditions. This field may be missing for imported users. If this seems to be the cause then is there any suggestion on how we can fix this?
