I need a solution where the taxes are based on the product location.
We use the RnB plugin to create a website where you can book a house or apartment. The client we are developing this site for is from Canada. In Canada you pay the tax not where the customer is from or where the store address is but where the house or apartment you want to book is located.
And this is currently giving me a lot of trouble because I can’t solve this.
I hope there is someone here who knows about this problem.
Am I missing something?
The Easyship website seems very high tech, but when it comes to the WooCommerce plugin, it seems like it isn’t getting much attention. In addition to this issue of the store disconnecting for no reason, the shipping options and their rates don’t update according to the total weight of the products at checkout. The main purpose of this integration is dynamic rates. That not working at all is a huge problem making this completely unusable. On top of all that, the duty and tax calculations are wrong. They were crazy high according to Easyship, so I checked them against some other sources for clothing exported from the United States to Canada. Easyship seems off.

thank you,

Is there a shipping plugin option for WooCommerce that allows a Canadian based store to ship items via Canada Post, UPS and Canpar? The catch is, Canada Post would be used for P.O. Box addresses only and some select items, UPS would need to be used for certain items only and Canpar would also be used for items that don’t need to ship with UPS.
In other words, items in the store would be assigned to certain shipping carriers only – is this a possibility?
Thank you.
