PayPal cancel URL missing

When customers checkout with PayPal express, they get an error message saying that the “CancelURL is missing”. I have checked all the settings and can’t find the cause. This only happened since updating PMPro (which hadn’t been updated in about a year…).

I received this message from Stripe due to the payment processor not functioning on my donation page.

Saying this, it looks like this error occured because the cancel URL specified is not a valid URL. I suggest you provide the correct “cancel URL” for this. Please reach out your website creator– GiveWP to update this.

If you click the purchase button on https://meritorious.nyc/payment, it takes you to a Stripe checkout page (using your plugin). But if you click the back arrow on the checkout page, it takes you to the homepage, not https://meritorious.nyc/payment. I assume the back arrow within the page is the same as “cancel” as every time I click it, it shows as a cancelled order on Stripe dashboard. I can only get back to payment page by click the back arrow on the URL bar.

I have the following code added, per your instructions on Noor’s Plugin website. Does not work. Where is the error?

Can’t save settings for Cancel and Return page

Hi,
I’ve installed the plugin OK, and can save most of the settings (like my merchant ID etc)

However, when I try and save the optional settings at the foot of the page for the Cancel URL and Return URL when the setting page finishes saving/loading, I get a 404 error page and the settings aren’t saved.

Could this be a database issue? I recently migrated the site using WP Clone, but everything else seems to be working just fine, and I can save other settings, it’s just those two parameters…

Using PayPal standard when a donor click to PayPal and then clicks cancel return to website it take you to a Transaction Failed page instead of the donation page.

Need a setting in Give to direct cancel back to donation page. Please help.

The “Failed Transaction Page” option works but does that mean fail notice is never displayed if it fails to process?
