Once logged in, when a user goes to the registration page [arm_setup d=”1″] and tries to change the current plan, the plugin cancels the membership but does not take the user to the Paypal site to proceed with payment for the new plan selected (the user just sees an animated circle that only clears if you refresh the page).
ARMember support told me to replace the wp-content/plugins/armember/lib/paypal/paypal.class.php file, to clear all cache, and then to try again, but this did not solve the issue.
Is this a bug? Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there a way to fix it? I’ve been trying to troubleshoot the issue for a long time, and I haven’t been able to.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
]]>I checked my email and sure enough, there was the email confirmation that he had cancelled – but actually, he hadn’t. Over the next 3 minutes, my mailbox filled with another 90-or-so cancellations. That was yesterday and it’s been stable since then.
I emailed the 90 to say that I’d wait to the end of the week to re-instate them and give them a couple more weeks of subscription to apologise – and ‘maybe’ some form of explanation.
But, obviously, has anybody got any idea what is happening here? I’m running the latest 2.12.2. Reinstating by hand is going to take me a couple of hours – and how do I know that it won’t happen again tomorrow…(?)
]]>2. Recieving a number of cancellations (via email) for existing bookings that have definately NOT been cancelled…
Any ides??

]]>I also want to clarify that users cannot initiate refunds – when they cancel, they’re canceling their booking but I still need to go to Authorize.net (our payment gateway) and manually trigger a refund. Is that correct? Apologies if the answers to these questions are obvious, this is my first time using the plug-in. Thanks!
