Hello, I’m having an issue logging into my WordPress site and hoping for some guidance. When I go to the login page and enter my login info, it won’t allow me to log in and shows me the below error message.

Table ‘specialtycarsservicecenter_com_wordpressroot.wp_ngg_gallery’ doesn’t exist

Hello there,

please could somebody help me with the problem which Pop Up Maker caused to my WP administration area? I did not visit the websiter for couple of months and now when I try to login I see this error page. I am not able to login to WP at all.

What can I do now?

I have not used my site for two years, and now I want to resurrect it (it still has a lot of content that’s current). Problem is I can’t find any valid log on details. the site exists and is accessible by the public. I am uncertain of the email/user name log in. I’ve tried various combinations and not yet succesfull. When i use https://thisisbilllewis.com/wp-login.php I get an error message “this site cannot be reached”. I’ve troible shooted as recommended but still cannot access …any help much appreciated

I believe this must have happened a few months ago, but I have only tried logging in the past month.

I have contacted my hosting provider and they told me: We regret to inform you that we do not support third-party applications and coding issues. Please be advised to review your website code. In case you have WordPress-related questions, you may visit https://www.ads-software.com/support/ for assistance.

This happened 3 years ago and it turned out my host had migrated my files and messed yup the migration. They solved that then.

I’m at a loss now, though. I have tried re-installing WordPress using my web host’s File Manager, but it’s still not working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I use register it’s says that my e-mail is already registered.. I had to create new one..

Hi,

Cannot log in to my account on www.ads-software.com (saying that it doesn’t exist?!), so had to create new one to write this.

Was using your platform with Semplice system for three years now on 1&1 hosting (https://alexandrakoptelova.com). Last log in was in September. But after that I was travelling for several months and couldn’t pay hosting in time, so my account on 1&1 was canceled. Now transferred to Bluehost, but still cannot log in to my WordPress account, it writes that it’s just not there (my Admin login was AlexandraKop and it was attached to [redacted]).
I’m not very good at all this IT web stuff, but still don’t understand how delayed payment or transferring the hosting made my account on www.ads-software.com disappear.

As you do not have any support phone number the only way to ask for help was logging in to this Forum, and since I cannot log in to my main account, I had to create this new one. And now instead of just 404 on my site, there’s a basic WordPress placeholder attached to this new account and placed above all the data and info that was on my site.
So, please, can anyone tell me how to get my site back and my old www.ads-software.com account with Semplice attached to it and with all the data that was there?
It is impossible to do that all over again as it’s a three years work of research and text.

Really need it back.

I cannot log into the back-end of my site after updating the WordPress version. I have done research that says to turn off the active plug-ins, but I obviously cannot log in. I can see there are other ways to do it, but I am in over my head. Please assist me as I have updates I need to post to my website.
