Grey Screen when trying to add icon

Hi, I saw the posts about hovering but this doesn’t seem to be an option. The weird thing is that this is on a clone site where I am experimenting with changes. I haven’t encountered this problem before on the parent site. But unless I can make this work on the clone I don’t feel good about trying it on the public site.

I try to add an image/icon and the grey screen stops all progress. What is the fix?

Not able to add Add Slides

Hello,

I have had this plugin installed on a website for some time now but haven’t added a new image for over 6 months. I have gone to add a new image slide and it fails when I select insert into post. I get a blank white screen on the pop up box and the post doesn’t save.

There are javascript errors in the console as follows.

Can't add images to my slideshow

Hi,
I can’t add any images to my slideshow. I can click ‘add Image as Slide’ and also can choose an image to upload. But the gallery doesn’t upload it or shows any error message. Does anyone know how i can fix this?

Can't add a gallery to articles

Hi,
I’ve a problem with the plugin, if I try to add a gallery to an article with the button, I can upload the images to a new gallery but i can’t add since in the display galleries I don’t see nothing. Here two screenshots of the problem to explain better:

CAN'T ADD IMAGES IN VERSION 3.9.1

Hi, after I updated to the newest version 3.9.1 I can’t add images. When I clicked the button, it doesn’t do anything. Tried to clear cache, etc, it still doesn’t work. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

3.6 cant add images

I have updated to 3.6 is this a beta upgrade? the image page is blank I cant see the library of images or add a new one. I have gone through all the plugins is not a plugin issue. My developer can post using html code but I don’t know how to do this could you give me a fix please or give me a route back to 3.5 while it is sorted out.
I am going to London Fashion WEek so I need to be able to post asap.

Can't see "visual" editor and can't add images

1. When editing an old post or adding a new post, I can work in “text” mode but cannot click over to “visual.” The “visual” tab is still there, but clicking on it does nothing at all.

2. I cannot add media. I can click the “add media” button and upload a photo to my media section, I can add a caption and position it R/L/center … but I cannot insert the photo into the post. When I click “insert into post” it just takes me back to the post I am editing, but does not add the photo.

My last post was made before Christmas and I believe there was an automatic update between then and now. I assume that is probably what is causing the glitch, but I haven’t tried to create a new post until this week so I don’t know exactly when it happened. This glitch happens in Firefox, IE, and Chrome browsers.

Can’t add images or tags

Alright, so a couple days ago, I suddenly was unable to add images to my posts. The add image icon is simply not there.

I also cannot seem to add tags. There is a space to add tags, but no “add tag” button, and the “add popular tags” function is not there.

Also of note, in my dashboard page, on the left sidebar, I cannot drop down anything. For example, if I click the triangle next to “Appearance”, it does not drop down to show me the “Themes, Widgets, Editor” options.

Help?
