I’m a tad stuck! I’ve added SSL to other websites in the past following the same guidelines as before (adding privatekey, certificate etc..) but have never come across this issue.

Using Chrome on a new computer – Website appears on Google Search, however, clicking the link brings up a ‘This site can’t be reached’ error – The web page at https://www.threecountiesmobility.co.uk/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Using Safari on a new computer – Website appears on Google Search, however, clicking the link brings up a ‘This Connection is Not Private’ – This website might be impersonating www.threecountiesmobility.co.uk to steal your personal or financial information.

I’ve contacted my hosting company and this was their reply..

After further investigation, it appeared to me that there are two instances of the website, and one of them is configured incorrectly. Both root domain and www – version are pointing to the same server, except the root domain works correctly with the SSL certificate:

https://threecountiesmobility.co.uk/

Whereas the www – version of the website appears to have badly scripted or broken redirects: https://www.threecountiesmobility.co.uk/

This is a scripting issue, and the fact that the website is using a third party SSL that was not issued nor installed by ourselves. We are not eligible to advise on third party scipting, you may have to contact the original developer to fix that; alternatively, since it’s a WordPress website, you can install and activate a plugin called Really Simple SSL and there is a possibility that it will fix the broken redirects.

Please could someone shine some light on where to start with this error, please?

I have no idea what’s happening. I checked the proxy and firewall per instruction and everything looked good. Please help!

bujojourney.com took too long to respond.

I tried to access bujojourney.com, the same error appeared. I opened cPanel on a2hosting.com and saw the same error “This site can’t be reached”, so I contacted my hosting provider and they told me there was no problem with my website, they could access it normally. I can access other websites too, except my website.
I used other devices (my phones) to access my website, the same error again.
I changed DNS, checked LAN settings, turned off the antivirus software, used another browser, well, no better.
I’ve done some search and someone advised to do some tracerouters, so I think I’ll post it here in case someone can figure out what my problem is:

Everyone logs in from the main front page. They click on a green button that takes them to the wp-login.php page so they can add their username and password. However, once they click on the green button or the “here” like under it if the button doesn’t work, the browser says “This site can’t be reached” and that my website “refused to connect”. It also says err_connection_refused. My website is blogs.fcps.net if you want to try it out.

The wp-admin.php page doesn’t serve either.

HELP PLEASE!
