The last time the legacy table was working successfully was July 1st, as that’s when we received our most recent subscription. The Sheet Editor plugin was installed on July 5th (yesterday). WordPress was updated to version 6.0 sometime around the 1st or 2nd, from what I was told by management.

Today I launched new products in my WooCommerce shop and when I went on to Instagram to follow a link to it I realized that none of my products are clickable via mobile.

On the browser, you can click both the Image and the Title of the product and it will bring you to the detailed product page. However, for some reason on Mobile it doesn’t work and I can’t even highlight the text or image (it’s as if there is something over top of it getting in the way).

I did recently update my WooCommerce so I’m thinking that could be the culprit but figured I’d ask before I attempt to revert back.

Yesterday I encountered an issue in WordPress where I can’t click on anything once I’m logged in. Instead of getting a finger tooltip when I hover over things I get the text tooltip (like an I shape). This means I can’t go to the plugins section, log out, view the media library, etc.

Please let me know how to proceed.

If I Goto FooGallery -> Settings “Disable Lazy Loading”, then the page will load correctly. Otherwise I get the greyed out issue. Currently I have

lazy loading Enabled

to show you.

I have followed the steps for:
1. Clear/purge any caches you have on your site. This applies to both caching/optimization plugins, or caches provided by your site host.

2. In wp-admin Goto FooGallery -> Settings and click the “Clear Gallery HTML Cache” and “Clear CSS Optimization Cache” buttons

~No change.

I have also used your step for:
@drakah please also try going to FooGallery – Settings, under the Advances tab and enable “Custom Ready Event” and save settings.

~No change. reverted back to disabling “Custom Ready Event”.

I also disabled the header/footer items from the page to see if that was hindering anything and also made the page only load 1 gallery instead of 3, no change.

Any help would be appreciated.

After I updated to the new version of FooGallery my galleries are now greyed out and inaccessible until I update (F5) the page in Firefox. Can you please fix this! Thank you in advance.

Someone please help! I am using Olsen light theme. I have created a drop down menu by adding a custom link and category underneath the parent page. However when you go on the site, the drop down menu appears but when you try to click on it, it disappears and you cant click on the drop down menu…

Can’t figure out why this is, any help would be much appreciated!

For some reason, commenters (myself included) can’t click on the Name and E-mail fields of the comment box.

The comments can be left if commenters tab through the fields, starting with Comment box, but cannot click the individual fields to type in or correct mistakes.

I recently activated the MH Magazine theme and shortly after, the following issues have popped up:

– Cannot click into the visual editor or the text editor in posts (they both appear on the post page, but I can’t click them)

– Cannot click into widget boxes to expand them so that I can drag new widgets in (this particular theme uses widgets to add sections to the homepage layout, so they’re super crucial to my site)

– Cannot update to WordPress 4.4 (I click update and it loads a white page that says 0.8.3.

I have deactivated all plugins, cleared cache/cookies, and switched to the 2014 theme and the problems persist. I don’t believe I’m using any caching plugins that need to be cleared.

Any thoughts as to how I can fix my site?
