Ugly format, support is unresponsive

This plug-in displays the scheduling calendar below the CTA button, but I want it to be hidden until someone clicks on the CTA. The calendar is extremely ugly and takes up space on the page. I want the calendar hidden until someone clicks on the button – simple request, right?
I’ve been emailing support for a week and the only time they responded was to say “what’s the URL of your site?” I sent it to them and their response was brief and unhelpful. They essentially said “check the link and report back”. Let’s pretend for a moment that I don’t know how to use the plug-in and would like a little assistance.
Support only responds in the middle of the night (approximately 2:00am Mountain Time) so I can troubleshoot during the day and hope for a response at night. If there isn’t a response or the response is unhelpful, I email back and hope for something the next night. I uninstalled the plug-in because I have a deadline for this website and need to find an option that actually works and support that can actually help. What a joke.

Can’t customize the website

Hello. I use Ocean Wp theme and ocean extra for all my websites. But now I am building another website for client and I have a problem. If the ocean extra plugin is activated I am not able to customize website at all. It is white screen and it’s not loaded. I have now only ocean extra installed (as it is new website), so disable other plugin won’t help, as I don’t have any. If I disable ocean extra, I can customize… Need help! Thank you!

Utterly useless

I needed to display tables for building information – nailing patterns, joist spans and the like. I was a web designer in a former life, but had no desire to hand-code HTML to create a table.

This product was highly rated, but I have no idea why. Here are my challenges:
1) cannot dictate column size
2) cannot easily span columns
3) Ugly as all sin
4) can’t create background colours for cells.
5) can’t alternate background fills for easy reads
6) can’t control typeface of contents (for things like superscripts, italics/bold)

I created a wordpress account specifically so I could review this product and tell people how awful it is.

Customizing option has disappeared

Until recently, I had the option to edit the contextual related posts right from the blog post. There was a link to “Edit related posts” that allowed me to choose my own related posts instead of depending on the random selection I’m stuck with now.

Sometimes, the related posts make sense, but often they don’t (as in the post I linked to). I miss being able to pick and choose the best related posts. Is that still an option for me? If so, why am I no longer seeing it?

If I try to customize appearance I get an “Internal Error” message. Same thing happens if I try to demo a different theme. I’d like to modify my site but I can’t do it. Help would be great, thanks!

WordPress doesn’t recognize my login info so I had to make up a new user name. I can get into dashboard, into my settings but when I click on Theme, theme options, customize, ANYTHING… I get Customize: Loading… at the top, Circle of Design on the top left and a blank screen with a spinning grey dot in the center. It never changes. It won’t move. My mobile site looks COMPLETELY different than my desktop site (they aren’t even the same theme!)
I can’t get anyone on a phone. I can’t get anyone in a live chat. I can’t do a single thing with my website.
WHAT HAPPENED!?

Can't customize anything

Today when I tried to select a new theme and customize it, the customization page loads with the menu on the left but nothing else will work, it just loads with the icon spinning and nothing else happens. Does someone have any suggestions as to how to make it work?

downloaded the theme, even donated $20 because I thought it was going to be perfect. I am not a developer so I don’t know if I am doing anything wrong, but I can not customize anything on the home page. I have done a few wordpress sites, so I don’t think this is anything I’m doing or not doing.

If I go into appearance>customize>content:home,post…>front page most of the “featured page” options are not working. I have created a new page just for testing, but if I tell it to use that as the featured page it doesn’t. The link stays as www.mysite.com on all the featured pages. If I change the featured text it will at least change it in the preview, but won’t change the site when i “save and publish”. if i exit out of “customize” and go back in all the text changes in the featured text revert back to “Featured page description text : use the page excerpt or set your own custom text in the Customizr screen” although in the editer on the left it still has the text I typed in before.

Also, the donation thing pops up everytime I enter into appearance>customize even though I have already donated and have told it to “hide forever”.

Customizer not working

Hi there. I’ve recently create this new blog of mine https://happytummyhappyfeet.wordpress.com/ and chosen “Adelle” as my theme. However when I use the WordPress customizer to change my color and font nothing changes. The customizer bar just stucks at “saving changes” for ages and when I refreshed my blog again it is still the same original theme. I tried many many times but the problem still persists. I do want to customize the theme badly because there are a lot of choices that really looks good. Can you help me see this problem through? Thanks so much!
