I have a small problem with the plugin. We have a German website and the FAQs translated to English. These translations work fine. But I have problems with translating the strings, e.g. “Search”, “Enter your question”, “No results found” etc. I wrote the translation in the “Labelling” section of the plugin, but then they are wrong again in English, of course.
When I search for these terms in WPML under String Translation, I can’t find it, also not in the domains.
The second problem:
When someone searches for FAQs, the message “xx results are available, use up and down arrow keys to navigate” appears at the very bottom of the page. This doesn’t look very good (and it’s not translated again). Is there a way to get this text under the search box? If it’s easier, we can just hide it, because it’s not needed.
Thanks and best regards

Can't find variable: wp
This relates to this block of code inserted by UM, particularly the bolded line:

I think this relates to a widely-used performance function we use to defer all JavaScript.
1) I can specify files to not be deferred (i.e. jquery.js), but I don’t know what file the i18n snippet is relating to, can you let me know?
2) Our site doesn’t need i18n, so how can I just remove this snippet from being added?
It should be noted that I cannot edit or manage plugins, widgets, or themes given the permissions of my WordPress account but shouldn’t I be able to make any changes I need if I have FTP access?
Thanks for the help.
my media library is full of images and I am able they are shown in the media library.
But I can’t find any of them while trying to insert an image into a picture box, or a slider, or else. In the morning it still worked.
Any ideas what the problem might be?
So I read the way to reset the password is through the database. The problem is, when I go to do that by opening https://localhost/phpmyadmin, I don’t see any of my sites’ databases anymore. I see DBs called information_schema, mysql, and performance_schema.
The fact that all the sites are still running leads me to believe I’m just confused and perhaps looking at the wrong instance of phpmyadmin. In fact, I went and renamed the phpmyadmin folder to just “x” and I’m still able to access phpmyadmin, which confuses me further.
I want to get a real host and move all my sites there, but in order to do so, I’ll need to find my databases! Any helpful thoughts would be appreciated.
I tried de-activating the plugin and deleting it, then re-installing it using the automated install function of WordPress. That too gave me the same error message about not finding the URL.
I have searched for hours trying to find anything resembling my problem, but have been unsuccessful, so am hoping someone here can help me out.
WP is installed in miracleofnames.org/www/ (I’m guessing the ‘www’ folder is the equivalent of a ‘publichtml’ folder used on other servers.)
Mostly I refresh or go on deleting excessing files until my website appears.
If that doesn’t work I just change my domain for its subdomain.
My question is if the cause can be my webhost, e.g. because he prefers me to buy more space. I have also been working at my design online, but stopped that and do this in my localhost now.
