Can't install Plugin-Error No Vlaid Header

I purchased a theme and a message box says I am required to install Visual Composer plugin. I found it in my “install required plugins” menu but when I hit the install button, I receive an error:

Installing Plugin: Visual Composer
The plugin does not have a valid header.
Downloading install package from /home3/serinapr/public_html/wp-content/themes/ePix-WordPress/ePix-Child/plugins/js_composer.zip…
Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

I tried contacting themeva whom I purchased the theme from but they have not responded. Are their any suggestions? I was never provided the zip file.

Plugins Auto Deleted From My WP & Can't Install New Ones..?

Hello,

I just logged into my w-admin and found that all my plugins had been deleted??

I tried to re install them again but it will not install them and says ‘cannot install directory’ and ‘installation failed’

Does anyone know why this has happened and more importantly how to fix it?

i followed the instructions for this plug-in https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/calculator/installation/. and it is in my wp-content/plugins directory but when i go to installed plugins it is not listed, any suggestions?

I can install my web site with wordpress but when want to use upload pic and install plugin show error message what should i do for fix this problem please help?

When i want to upload picture show like this:

Problem installing plugins

Hi everyone,

Does anyone of you faced this problem?

I seem not to be able to add/ install new plugins. I already do have 2 plugins instalated (slimbiox plugin, WP related post), but i can’t see the new plugins i uploaded in …wp-content/plugins in order to activate it.

When i access the Manage Plugins interface in wp-admin i can only see the plugins that were already there (Akismet, Hello Dolly, Slimbox, Wp related posts) and none of the other ones i uploaded recently.

Can you help me? Did you ever faced this problem?
