Can’t access any items in the top menu of settings

Hi there. I need to make changes in the settings area, in paticulat the “Language” area, but none of rthe options on the top menu, Payments, Pages, Emails, Checkout Fields etc do anything when I click on them so I can’t update a lot of areas that I need to modify in these areas. Any help much appreciated.

I have Content Views Pro installed, although it’s a little older and I’m beyond the support window. A few WP updates ago, I got a message in my dashboard that Content Views Pro requires an update of Content Views (free), and went to update that. It produced this error: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

All of my other plugins update fine. As far as I can tell, there’s actually nothing wrong with the site overall. But the Content Views entry in the plugins list on the dashboard now perpetually displays this error message instead of all the normal stuff (i.e. “update,” “deactivate,” etc. don’t display), and if I try to click on the link in the notice that the thing needs updating, that should go to the plugin’s listing (like where you would install it if you don’t have it), I get a screen with that same message instead of the plugin page.

in Complianz version 7.0.4 I’m not able to save changes in Cookie Banner.

The PHP error.log show “WordPress database error Unknown column ‘manage_consent_options’ in ‘field list’ for query UPDATE wp_cmplz_cookiebanners …”

I’ve tried to enforce execution of cmplz_install_cookiebanner_table($force=false) by changing WordPress option ‘cmplz_cbdb_version’ to previous version 7.0.3. After deactivating and reactivating the banner, the ‘cmplz_cbdb_version’ was upgraded to 7.0.4, but the database table cmplz_cookiebanners is still missing the column manage_consent_options.

IMHO I have reported to you couple weeks ago on different installation, that you have absolutely terrible design of the database table wp_cmplz_cookiebanners

PLEASE, it is really important to correctly specify column types of this table. Setting all to “TEXT” is not good way. Please, replace these “TEXT” columns with “VARCHAR” with maximal length specified to a reasonable value.

At this moment, I’m not able to use Complianz without manually improving this table definition.

Website won’t update to include edits

My website won’t change from original theme applied. I created my whole website only to find out that the live version hadn’t changed from the sample words in original theme. It is not only my homepage, it’s the entire site. I’m hoping if I can figure out a fix for my homepage, I will be able to fix the rest as well. I have tried clearing my cache. I have tried editing through pages on the dashboard and using edits under the appearance tab. Now it won’t let me do anything to it when I select edit under the appearance tab. I cannot even select a block. I used a Gutenverse theme. Can anyone help me figure out how to get my edits to show up on the live website?

Can’t solve the one critical problem

Hello,

My Website was in a good condition and said I just need to update my plugins, and delete the ones I am not using, which I did. But now it turned into one critical problem. It says I need to update two remaining updates but once I try I get the notification that the update package is not available.

Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

Since latest update, can’t save or publish posts

I’ve been trying to update a post for the past three days – and EVERY time I try to update the post, add text, or a photo, it goes into “Spin” mode. The Update and publish button at the bottom the Edit Elementor page is grayed out and I see a spinning icon like it’s working, but I haven’t tried to update or save yet – I CAN’T – it’s grayed out! What is going on??? This has been happening since the last update (adding the option to use AI – WHICH I DON’T WANT!!!) Please help! I don’t want to have to completely remove everything I’ve done in Elementor!

Can’t update File manager

I need my order ID. I deleted my initial email containing the information. I am aware or am led to believe that one cannot even submit a support ticket on the File Manager website without an order ID number. I tried submitting a support request with an order number provided on the “My Account” section, but I have no idea if the message truly went through or not. I think the requirement of the order ID number is pointless if a user doesn’t remember it and have the information readily available just to submit a support ticket asking for that very detail. The plugin stopped working on my wordpress site anyway. I don’t know exactly when as I found out just a few days ago. Then I noticed on the plugin portion of my wordpress that this plugin had just been updated 4 days ago and is fully compatible in wordpress 6.2.

What do I do? Is it possible for me to get my order id number again?
