Can’t figure out captcha image to access my site

I downloaded and installed the WordPress Captcha by Captcha Booster today. It booted me out of my dashboard before I could change the settings, and now I can’t figure out the image to get back in. I need help. So far the letters haven’t changed location, just the red line and asterisks. I don’t know anything about this, but my boss put me on it anyway. I don’t even know what version we’re running. HELP!

I just bought the PRO version to use Captcha. But the captcha image does not show on login page. Do I need to do anything more then enable captcha?

Using version 1.0.31 of the free plugin. Everything was working until this morning, when I discovered that the Captcha image was broken. Page is here:

A look at the code in Firebug shows this:

The problem seems to be the image source URL — it’s calling the URL twice. If I’m in Firebug and I change the source link URL to https://seewellomaha.com/, the image appears.

I checked the PHP for the recaptcha and couldn’t find the code. (Sorry, I’m not much of a programmer.) Can you please tell me how to fix this?

We are launching the website today. I will take the Captcha off for the launch if I need to. But I’d really like to have it.

Captcha is getting cached

I’m using Really simple capctha plugin along with contact form 7 and ZenCache. The problem is that all my forms getting cached along with captcha. So when I disable the cache, captcha works.

I mean to say that whenever I open the form for first time, it displays 404 error message, but when I refresh the page again, it displays the correct image.

Captcha field not showing on Android or Apple

Hi,
I’ve been informed that the captcha code does not show on a contact form on some Android and most Apple devices. I’ve tried excluding it from caching, and checked the file permission of the plugin’s tmp folder (755). Anything else you can suggest??

New CAPTCHA won't display

Okay, I have tried the url fixes you suggested but I was unable to find a solution. I have tried changing to the twenty thirteen theme and I have tried the .htaccess solution to no avail. When clicking on the captcha image I am getting this:
