plugin Square for WooCommerce stuck on card payemnt

Im having issues with the your plugin Square for WooCommerce. Im in sandbox testing mode. And everything seems to work ok. But I get stuck on payment in checkout, it says enter valid card number no matter what card i use. Square says that Sandbox is a non-production environment for testing. Payments in sandbox are not processed or sent to card networks. Real card numbers will not work in sandbox. and my them prodvider has sent me this error log Image.

says:How can I solve this issue and why is it happening? Can I chat with someone directly and it seems a complex issue.

My settings are all intact, so I wonder what could be causing the issue.

Problem with recurring donations on card payments

Hello!

I have a problem with recurring donations on card payments. I think it’s not a problem with Give WP, but honestly, I’m desperate and don’t know who to consult anymore. I would be eternally grateful if you could guide me.

When a subscription is made, the first payment enters correctly. But renewals are cancelled with the ‘Ds_Response 180’ error. This means that the bank does not approve the operation, apparently. The bank’s technical support says it happens because of a card’s security protocol and the user must validate the payment manually on each renewal. Obviously, this validation is not necessary in a normal subscription process, so I don’t understand where the problem lies

This happens in all card subscriptions, with different banks and in the payment of different amounts.

And the gateway (Redsys) support basically said they won’t help me in any way because it’s not their fault (I know it’s not your fault either, but please help?).

Any ideas?

Different Payment Page on Stripe

Hello all,
I’m currently creating a ecommerce website with woocommerce and stripe payment gateway. Once I’ve set up the Stripe account and plugin, it’s working fine and all but I the customers to be redirected to a different payment page instead of paying on the checkout page itself. For instance, the customer can confirm the price on the checkout then redirects them to a secure, hosted page from stripe to pay.

Cardtest.svea.com refused to connect

Hello, We have a test server with svea checkout in test mode and it was still working last week, even in my local environment.

But now everytime I made a test purchase, after I input the test card details “cardtest.svea.com refused to connect.” appears in the svea checkout iframe.

Is there a problem in your server side for testing? or do we need to renew or do anything with our test account? Thanks

SumUp Payment Authorisation Credentials

Hi, I’m trying to use the SumUp payment plugin and getting authorisation issues.

I’ve submitted a ticket (evGs3DxYUmUp26fX) to the Developers but they couldn’t help me as they said the plugin was developed in line with SumUp’s API. Strange as they’re normally pretty helpful.

The Plugin requires some credentials to work, they’re labelled as follows:

Making a product using GoCardless and Card Payment at Once

Hello Everyone. I am trying to make a website where I can do a pro-rated payment in card, and the renewal subscription through GoCardless (a direct debit platform).

Currently, the pro-rated payment comes out through GoCardless which takes 7 days to set up, that means customers can come and use my facility but their payment may end up failing or they can cancel.

I take a full payment on the 1st of the month, and take a pro-rated payment based on how many days until the 1st of the month when they sign up. I.e. joining halfway in the month is half price.

Can anyone please help me?

Hello

I was wondering if there is a way to connect GamiPress to Stripe for users to purchase points etc by card (with the Purchases Add-on)?

Bank transfer and PayPal aren’t enough for my users, especially in this day and age, where I would have to authorise bank transfer payments before they received their purchase points etc, and not everyone has PayPal.

I have a membership site with Paid Membership Pro with Stripe, and was hoping somehow that users card details saved in the PMPro membership/Stripe would be transferred through to GamiPress to use as an option to make purchases.

Is this something GamiPress is working on to introduce?

Hi, I use Woocommerce and woocommerce payments plugins. In the Shop and Cart pages the option for card payment doesn’t show. It only shows in the Checkout page. Customers find it confusing. How can I display icon for card payments on these other pages, please?

Failed Card Payments in Pending Payment

I am currently experiencing a 20% failure rate on card payments on my website. The website has been running for over 2 years. Current payment plugins are Yoco and Paystack and errors are occuring across both plugins. Customers receive the error and the order does not complete on their end but goes into “Pending Payment” on the back-end. When the same customer chooses to pay by Bank Transfer they are able to complete the order and the order goes into “On Hold”. This is how I have been able to identify the issue is with the payment plugins.

One customer has advised “I am getting an error that I need to verify card with bank on a card I use regularly online”.

The website is fairly small, with about 150-200 transactions per month but in the past 2 months these “Pending Payment” failure rate has increased to about 20% of transactions. I have limited technical knowledge and developed the website without changing any code of the website.
