“Your Cart Is Currently Empty” When Logged out

Whenever a customer that’s not logged in tries to add an item to the cart, it does not add to the cart. When you go to the cart page after trying to add an item to the cart, this message shows: “Your cart is currently empty”. I have enabled access in WooCommerce settings for customers to be able to place orders without having to be logged in. Please help!

apply coupon even when cart is empty

i am trying to create coupon links that auto apply even if the cart is empty but it doesn’t seem that woocomerce allows this – on the link i provided there seems to be a way to do this using the Defer Apply Option but i haven’t been able to figure it out. I tried messing around with the cart condition settings, but i can’t figure out how to do this.

Does the auto apply (premium feature) accomplish this? Again I am trying to setup a customer coupon link that they can click on and then after they can add product to their cart and the coupon is auto applied.

I tried editing the functions.php in my live theme using a GET method in the url but when i do this i just get an error saying the cart is empty – even if i redirect to the store and try to apply the code – it won’t apply until there is something in the cart. Is the auto apply or defer apply option my only options here?

Hello, we are testing and evaluating the purchase of your plugin, in our tests we observed that, once the user returns to the site (after clicking the verification link), they find the cart empty.

We need the customer to find the contents of their cart again after validation.

Is this possible with your plugin? Is there any setting that controls this situation?

Hello,

Recently my customer is complaining that they are not able to see the items they put into the cart. However, they could see their items after refreshing page. What could it be caused?

I saw report from status, could it be a reason?

When you get into a product page is broken and if you try to order… critical problem!

Hello,
after trying everything with our developers, recheang out for help urgently now.
We tried almost everything.
Plugins one by one as recomended were disabled and reenabled.
Took out everything unnesessary, updated our Enfold theme, checked cart cache, and everything else we saw in this forum as recomended. Nothing solved the problem.
Our technitians do not find anything obvious.
In detail, the problem is :
A new user is adding a product to the cart and when tries to check out he gets a msg : YOUR CART IS EMPTY.
It does not appear on older users or all of the users. Me, my technitians and some other people, we can put orders normally.
In other testing cases, a user who tried more that 5 times to put an order in the end succeeded.

Just purchased the PRO version. I try to make a purchase and select “add to cart”, nothing show in the cart (see url below with figure circled in #1); description of item added to cart is wrong, it says “sample instead of the title of my eBook” has been added to your cart (see url below with figure circled in #2 & #3).

the BUY link work, but it goes directly to paypal, I don’t like that option, that was why I purchase the PRO version.

when cart icon is clicked and cart is empty getting fatal error

The cart works fine when a product is in it but a fatal error when it is empty. The message says:

PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘endif’ (T_ENDIF), expecting end of file in /nas/content/live/somatictrauma/wp-content/themes/divi-child/woocommerce/cart/cart-empty.php on line 44

I have looked at the file cart-empty.php in the child theme and can’t see any difference in it compared to the same Woocommerce file not in a child theme.

Hello!

So here is my problem, I created a course in LearnPress and when I am login with my administrator account and go to the course page then press “buy now” it takes me to the cheakout page and I can pay no problem.

BUT when I am not login and I try to see how it would work for another person it doesn’t work. It says “Cart is empty” I tried a million ways and it doesn’t work the only way it works it’s if that person is already login into my website, which is not ideal because they will login either during payment or afterwards.

Help please I don’t know what to do.
