I wish to make cat-links (and tag-links) to list one cat/tag per line instead of separating each cat/tag by a comma. How can I do there through PHP?

Under my post title on the homepage I would like to change the category links from this:

categories: crafts to this filed under: crafts

I know this is possible because I’ve seen others do it, I just cannot find the code. Please help!

Also, I’d like to center my featured image and make it stretch across the post-content space but I’m having trouble figuring that out as well.

I have done very little changes in the theme as per my websites compatibilityty. But now I can’t see category list just below post in my home page.

I am talking about cat-links in entry-meta entry-footer

where it is in my theme editor files? What should I do to get them back.?
