I’ve now updated to the Alchemist Pro Theme (the newer themes take better advantage of the changes in html and css which have occurred since the release of earlier themes).
I am super happy with Alchemist Pro, and am in fact using it as a basis for a child theme for my website. I have therefore asked on the Catch Themes support forum for assistance with css changes so I can alter the appearance of the site to suit my precise requirements. The responses I received were both helpful and timely.
This contrasts with my experience with several other providers where the support was terrible or non-existent.
Catch Themes cares about its customers, full stop.
(Too often, other companies stop caring as soon as they have your money).
So yes I highly recommend Catch Themes in general, and I am also finding Alchemist Pro to be a great theme.
]]>Here is what I wrote first time – it’s still a five star service:
I have just bought SimClick Pro from Catch Themes and hit a few startup problems. I have been very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the support system.
First the Sales Manager, whom I inadvertently contacted, did not hesitate to sort out my problems. Then the technical staff behind the scenes produced a theme update overnight to solve the main problem.
And now Skandha, who seems to be the main support person for this theme has produced almost instant and clear to follow answers to two formatting queries I had.
The theme is very stylish, but better still, it looks as if the support system works too.
I highly recommend Catch Themes!
]]>Before I noticed, Skandha was there with the solution. Now me theme is fully Dutch translated.
Catch Themes is wonderful and something special for me.
]]>My site is Hungarian for the time being, however, I would like to make it available in English, as well.
I use Bold Photography theme.
They say that their template does not support Polylang.
May I still use Polylang, anyhow? Will they work compatible?
Thanks
Tamas
