I have a problem selecting category in the latest wordpress update. I have a several list of category and when i select a single category it will automatically select which i did not select. Anyone having the same problem? How do i fix it?

WordPress 6.7.1 checks extra categories automatically

On an unpublished woocommerce product i check one or more categories. On doing this extra categories are checked in the list of categories i have.
The issue started after i installed WP 6.7.1. The support over there told me to create a ticket here as it might be woocommerce related issue.

I think it might be connected to issue #62440 on the wordpress 6.7.1 release but i could be wrong but as it has to do with categories it might do.

On a unpublished product i connect one or more categories. On doing this 6.7.1 now connects several other categories without me having chosen them when i save/publish the product.

How are Categories and Locations linked?

I want browsers to select category (the service I provide) then the location of the service.

You would say, locations are then setup under the category. But the script has categories and Locations setup separately.

“Most Used” categories functionality disabled

With the plugin loaded, when selecting a category from the “Most Used” tab, the selection is lost when the post is saved as draft or published. This appears to be an issue with the “Classic Editor” plugin as well as this one. Categories selected from the “View All” tab do remain selected on save. At least that is what my testing shows, affects all themes after updating to WordPress 6.7.

Most Used Post Categories not saving

When creating a new post and selecting categories Under the “Most Used” tab, only the primary category is being saved.

It only seems to be affecting the “Most Used” category tab, they are being saved when you select categories from the “All Categories” tab.

Only started happening with the latest WordPress 6.7 version.

Was thrilled when this plugin became available – works and looks great. Using Cardview Compact Theme and there’s just one detail I can’t resolve. As you can see on Homepage, the category appears on the image, which I don’t want. Thing is, I don’t see anything in the widget settings indicating I selected it. Only thing I can come up with is I selected Use custom HTML Markup – settings in the image.

Will appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you…

I have a needlework blog and have created a few categories, when I write a post I check the category I want it in. When I look at the live site in the categories they are not separate and all posts are in all categories! I have other WordPress blogs and never had this issue, what am I doing wrong?

The Post View Count is working well except in Archives (categories, tags, etc.)

My only issue is that , It’s not working in Archive (categories, tags, authors, dates, etc).

I tried the shortcode [post-views id=”{post_id}”] and [post-views], but it’s not showing at all, even 0 it’s not showing, it’s like on display none.

Please How Can I solve it?
