We’re currently facing a problem where some of our products are not showing in the product category but does shoe if we search for the article number or name (example: MSA35LS).
We have tried to change/reset the permalinks, set products to show both in search and shop, made sure they are marked as “in-stock”, deactivated all the plugins (except for WooCommerce), marked and unmarked products as “featured”, cleared chache, set affected categories to “standard” and so on but nothing have worked so far..
We are currently on WordPress version 6.0.2 and this issue have persisted through previous updates.
Not quite sure what to do about this and would highly appreciate any and all replies.
Thanks in advance!
]]>I am trying to solve the following problem and hope you may help me.
We already build several custom post types manually (writing the code ourselves) before, which you can all see in the navigation of our page https://omkb.de. “Videos” /videos/, “Reviews” /reviews/, “Speaker” /speaker/ and “Jobs” /jobs/.
To prevent having to write code by ourselves and shutting down the entire website when someone does not work accordingly, we decided to build the next custom post types /company/ an /events/ (both are not finished yet and therefore not linked in the navigation yet) with CPT UI, which worked so far.
From the url side, I would like to end up with something similar to what we build manually:
/events/category/categoryname OR
/events/categoryname
I worked alot with the settings already and tried to set a custom rewrite rule, but nothing worked out.
No matter what I do, the category page (see this test category for example https://omkb.de/events/testkategorie/) always shows an 404 error.
When trying to apply my elementor template to the category page, I can not select the “Events Kategorien” I build in CPT UI neither.
Hope you can help me making our custom taxonomy accessible.
Looking forward to your reply!
Regards
Thomas

]]>As of today, the featured images are not showing up on any of my category pages or in the “You Might Also Like” section at the bottom of individual blog posts.
Prior to this issue, I recently noticed that my category pages looked sort of goofy, i.e. text running into pictures/other sections.
When I tried to diagnose, I received the error message: $control_id argument is deprecated since version 3.5.0!
I’m no longer receiving the above message, but I can only assume that I have messed something else up while troubleshooting.
Does anyone have an idea of what I might have done and what I should do to correct? I’ve been working on this all day, but I hesitate to do much more for fear of breaking something completely…
Any and all advice and suggestions are appreciated!

How can I get rid of them?
Thank you!
]]>I ran into a mysterious problem and can’t find a solution.
We run a blog based on the Themify builder and for multilanguage support we use Polylang.
However, we try to import three different RSS feeds (2 german, 1 english).
The issue:
The two german RSS Feeds work fine and they get their category and language assigned based on the rss feed source, works fine.
The english RSS feed makes problems (even though it’s the same setting). Everytime I run the sync for the english RSS feed, it creates the right language for each post, but it doesn’t assign the choosen category for the posts.
Instead I get an additional language in Polylang (language 27) which doesn’t make any sense.
On a staging site however, it works fine.
The only difference between staging site and live site is php 7.4 (vs. live site 7.3).
Is there any known issue on php7.3 or anything else where someone of you ever had an issue with Polylang and the FeedWordPress?
I run out of ideas, have double checked every setting e.g. and I don’t know why this is happening.
Any ideas appreciated. Thanks!
Julian
]]>I have a column called “tax:product_cat” and the value is set to Holidays > Ornaments > Personalized Ornaments. But when I check the item in inventory in the Dashboard it shows that the item was imported way over in “Home Decor” category. Also the Price does not change.
I’m using the Variable Sample Template that is provided on the woo-commerce website.
What causes this?
]]>I recently added a TRAVEL category to my blog site. While the newest travel post is listen under the “travel” category on the home page, when I click the Travel category on the top menu bar I do not see the post listed there.
If anyone could provide me with a solution to this I would greatly appreciate it.
