Hi, I use the CCAvenue payment gateway and, there is an issue I have been facing.

1. The pending payment status does not change to processing even after the payment is done. CCAvenue fails to reflect the status of the order to the WordPress admin panel.

I have integrated CCAvenue as payment method on my site. all the things in plugin work perfectly fine, but when the step of refunding the amount comes, there is only one option viz. “Refund ?xx manually”. I wish to have additional option “Refund ?xx with CCAvenue”. Searched everywhere for this option but was not able to find it. Please help!

Problem is with cc avenue : Error Code: 31002: Invalid Parameter
I tries everything, removed cache plugin
updated plugin
cross checked my settings
removed browser cache
updated wordpress database
using php 7.4 (tested all versions one by one)

Knit Pay is a really good payment gateway plugin. I use it for CCAvenue as they don’t really have a plugin that works without any issues. The plugin seems to be updated regularly for a smooth working. I recommend it personally.

Hi,
I have installed GiveWP version 2.9.4. I purchased CCAvenue gateway plugin for GiveWP. The downloaded and installed Give – CCAvenue Gateway version is 1.0.4. I did all the settings as mentioned in the documentation including the Merchant ID, Access code, Working key. When I click on Donate Now button on Personal Information page, I was expecting CCAvenue form to appear to enter CCD information for payment processing. Instead I got navigated to blank Donation Receipt page. The donation history page showed the donation in Pending state. It appears to me that the Offline Donation workflow is getting kicked in even though that has been disabled and CCAvenue payment gateway is enabled. I have raised GiveWP support ticket and awaiting reply, but thought of posting it on this group in case there is quicker resolution.
