I’m using Neve Child via the WP Customiser.

In Typography>Headings I do not see any option to align titles.

I found Neve Support suggested this css code to do the same for Neve:

.nv-page-title-wrap.nv-big-title .nv-page-title {
   
    text-align: center;
}

But even after purging all the Litespeed cahces, and my FF and safari browser caches the Titles are still Left Justified.
