A lot of changelogs relate to github, software uploads, support sw etc. This is different. Quite simply you write in a txt file and this plugin provides a beautiful frontend Change Log og fx your website to visitors and users. In larger communities it becomes tiring to answer the same questions, reg bugs and updates. This changelog saves you all of that. I was extremely pleased to see that this plugin is completely integrated into FSE and has a block.

At the time of writing 2 things could use some TLC. 1) Width of version number should be consistent and not adjust to the width of content 0.0.0 wide 1.1.1 narrow. So same width. 2) Version overview should adopt the version name entered, such as oSX Tiger should have this in table of content. Regardless I am pushing this to 5 stars, cause it brilliantly designed and flexible. For people not accustomed to change logs, you need to add sample text to get started in the docs.

Saved me a couple times. Great plugin.

It’s easy to keep track of changes to a website when I am the only one making changes.

BUT: when the client wants to personally make changes to their website, or they hire a 3rd party to make changes… things can get crazy.

Examples:
Why is the website down?
Why does the home page look different than last month?
Why are there 404 errors?

That’s where an activity logger such as WP Activity Log comes in handy… and can save your bu## – LOL

AND: Good support if/when an issue arises.

Hi, just wondering where can we find the changelog detailing the changes when a new release comes out for any of the Pro Add-ons? I always go through the details of the release before I update the plug-in. Most of the plug-ins have an up-to-date section on their website for changelogs but I cannot seem to find one for this pro plug-in.

A new version of Feed-to-post came out this week but I have no idea what was changed. I should not have to download and expand the folder and start looking through the files for that info.

The last change listed is ‘2.1.3.5 – 2019.05.09’

I received a Wordfence warning that Line 6 of WPS Hide Login file had changed from:

Author: WPServeur, NicolasKulka, wpformation

to:

Author: WPServeur, NicolasKulka, tabrisrp

I just want to confirm that this is the development change that occurred 3 days ago.

I am trying to better understand the notification I receive and to respond appropriately when I need to..

Hey!

Thank you for sharing this plugin with the WordPress community.

Is it possible for you to update the change log when releasing new versions? I really like to be able to test new features or fixes properly before using plugins on production sites, and thats a lot easier if you share whats changed
