The first order made on my membership site was paid but possibly for misconfiguration of the webhook the member was not created at the checkout. I would like to link the WordPress member with the payment so her membership is up to date.
How do I do it?
Thank you!
Note: I tested it in sandbox after adding the necessary events on the webhook and now seems to be working fine.
]]>I installed and configured your plugin in our website and everything is updated to the latest version.
Sometimes, for no apparent reason, orders payed via card with your plugin end up in the status “pending payment”, but the payment was made correctly!
Unfortunately, the order status “panding payment” means that:
The “pending payment” status with payment correctly made can be caused by:
The bizarre thing (and highly unnerving) is that there are no log errors related to either Woocommerce or your plugin, everything seems to be working fine.
So I did numerous tests and the problem seemed unreplicable, all my payments were always successful. But in the meantime we continued to receive customer orders in the “panding payment” state.
Then I found these two threads here on your support forum:
Apparently the “pending payment” issue happens when the customer creates an account from the checkout page (and this is why I couldn’t replicate the problem, because I was using a customer account already created previously!). Your system cannot handle this situation.
The patch to solve the problem is to go to the woocommerce settings and disable the “disable create account in checkout” option.
Almost 3 years you were reported in these threads that your plugin has this problem and nothing has been done to fix it, not even with your new 1.2 version the problem is solved!
Do you have any news?
Sorry but this is a really annoyng problem! Please fix it!
Thank you.
Since two weeks, I am working on a e-commerce shop using Divi and Woocommerce.
I use Paypal Plus and it works perfectly, also the express button. I also provide direct transfer and that also works perfectly, untill this morning. I tried to do a test order, and now only the paypal express checkout works. If I try to order with other payment options, the site jumps up to the beginning, after pressing the “buy now” button. After a second time of hitting the button, the note “Your session has ended” appears. After that, all forms are empty and also the shopping cart. The “Thank you” site doesnt appear, but the order is in the order list!
So what did I change?
In the morning, I updated Woocommerce to version 4.0.1. I already tried to “downgrade” that, using WP Rollback. That worked, but the problem with the checkout is still there.
I also worked on the Woocommerce E-Mail settings and changed the template. I changed only the text to the customers, directly in the template code.
I installed MailPoet, but I already deinstalled it, problem with checkout is still there.
Does anybody know the reason for my problem?
]]>It seems that this “County” option has appeared in the address section of checkout which states it being optional to fill in, But if you don’t add anything to the box it won’t go through to Paypal. If you add a “county” it will go through to paypal.
Is there a way that I can fix this, as the County section was never part of the checkout process before?
When I go to the Checkout Field editor, the “county” section isn’t there, so I cant delete it that way?

]]>I have a problem that has been ongoing for at least two weeks where my customers are unable to see their items in the cart after clicking “view items in cart” after they have added their items to the cart. I have tested this on every platform, including mobile and multiple browsers but continue to run into the same problems over and over again, which is costing me a tremendous amount of sales.
I am DESPERATELY trying to correct the problem and have tried everything in my power to get things working again.
Any help would be a lifesaver. I have been getting e-mails non-stop from customers who are unable to process their order and others who are simply abandoning the cart.
Please help!

Hello!
I’m in trouble in the checkout in a WooCommerce store.
At the end, after the conference on the stand, it will not charge the payment page. The processing of the purchase is made, request appears on the panel, but does not appear the option for the customer to pay.
Already updated the WooCommerce, wordpress 4.2.2 is already uninstalled all plugins already changed the subject, already tested in other browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, and Safari).
Does anyone have a light please!
Thanks in advance!
]]>Searched high and low but can’t find my exact problem. Been using the cart for a few months now with no problems.
Yesterday started getting complaints from customers having to keep updating checkout quantities.
IE: Add 4 items. Add another item. Go back to checkout First item is back to zero. Sometimes 1st item is missing altogether. Other times items return after deletion.
Disabled all plugins one by one. Tried multiple browsers, mac and pc.
Dumped browser cache. Changed to twenty fifteen theme. Using Tiny Forge.
Optimized database. If anything, the cart plugin has become MORE unstable.
Not ready to re-install and have my client without her online store.
