Can anyone help or advise?
]]>People who submit the form with a Name of two words, only appears with the first word in MailChimp.
There are compound names like “María Silvina” and in MailChimp appear like “María”.
How can we keep the second word? Is this any kind of limitation of your plugin?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Is there a way to change my audience based on the select dropdown on the same form?
]]>I was trying to cancel the service or make sure it would stop. It was unclear if you’d need to buy a new license or if it would auto-renew. The subscription auto-renew is well hidden: need to dive-into the order, then get to the subscription for the cancellation button to show up. The copy-writing was somewhat misleading so I was not sure if it would auto-renew, especially when the feature for subscription management was hidden behind links.
Finally managed to reach them, we worked things out and I got refunded.
What may be the reason? And how to debug the error?

]]>We’re using contact form 7 with your mailchimp light plugin. For years this has worked but when we logged in to check the API, it is now red with a cross?
The api hasn’t changed but looks like the servers can send the API now?
Does anyone know why?
]]>It seems that an update has failed because all of the sites are showing this error on the plugin page:
The plugin contact-form-7-mailchimp-extension/cf7-mch-ext.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
Clicking enable will enable the plugin again.
I’ve resolved the immediate issue so this isn’t a support request but it is a heads up for the community if they are seeing problems.
