Filtering plugins on CiviCRM admin pages

I am encountering conflicts between CiviCRM and other plugins and would like to use Plugin Organizer to control that. The issue is that CiviCRM makes unusual URLs that look like (for example) https://example.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm%2Fevent&reset=1

I would like to filter for all pages that contain “admin.php?page=CiviCRM” regardless of what comes after it. But it looks like Plugin Organizer can only include child pages where the terms are separated by slashes. Is that right? What is the best way to handle this?

Upgrade CiviCRM in CAU

Hi Christian, thanks for the great plugin!

I noticed that CAU has an “Upgrade CiviCRM” function with the addendum “Please note: you need to update the CiviCRM plugin folder first.”

Does that mean that, via sftp, I have to remove the old “civicrm” directory from /wp-content/plugins/ and then upload and unpack the new civicrm-x.yy.z-wordpress.zip there?

Also, what about the localization file? Do I update that manually like before, after updating civicrm?

Plugin conflict with CiviCRM profiles

When AIOSEO version 4.1.5.2 is activated, all of my CiviCRM profiles (e.g. data entry forms, event registrations) are no longer displayed. These profiles are displayed using shortcodes. My WordPress is version 5.8.2.

There are no errors. This has been tested with recent version of CiviCRM, 5.41 and 5.43.2.

I can’t use Backwupup on a site that has CiviCRM installed. I get this:
